Hi i like your speech sister. I was optimistic and very motivated girl before marriage and now after marriage I can't. My husband always think negatively. When I tell him to think positively he won't accept and tell me that we should think both side but always think negatively. Will shout for simple things. And I started to forget silly things but for that too he shout and blame more and make depression on me. He makeeme to think me as useless. And I was feel energy less. Help me to come over this.

A man who feels inferior to her woman's abilities & intellectual capabilities often get into making fun of her or poke fun at everything she does. Understand that your husband's behaviour is due to his inner-ego conflict and that he may be seeing you as someone beyond his control so he wants to control you with his constant humiliations (shaming words). Don't show remorse, just ignore and focus on the goodness you have in life (your kids, your loving parents, your job etc). Play low and win the long-term game. I don't know the intricacies of your relationship. I am not qualified enough or experienced enough to advice on relationships. But look at the best things in your life and know this fact about your man. My wishes Vidhya. LJ
