This guy fumbled for sure when Anupam tried to compare mutual funds with ulips that certainly makes me wonder how inefficient the product ulip is. He didnt speak about the IRR in detail nor did he mention anything about the expenses/charges. I am yet not convinced why should I buy a term and not do MFs and do a ulip instead. He talked more of ulip and less of information.
The speaker sounds like a ULIP salesguy .. fully faltuu ... most important benefit of MF is liquidity which he did not mention ... also the host never asked tough questions
While the benefit of Liquidity stands for MF. But we should not ignore the fact that Liquidity is the biggest enemy of wealth creation. SEBI data says less than 5% investors make FD beating return from Equity. This is bcz of Liquidity.
