Doctor sid, can you pls make a video on how to manage the chatter in the head, sometimes some conflicts or unresolved things keep repeating in the head, hampering the day's productivity drastically. How to have a clear brain, that stops chattering and focuses on the now. Pls help with this.
Problem : Chatter in brain. As per science 65 thousand thoughts come across in a day. Make it few. Same thought, Same place, Same time. Listen, Study, Repeat, Chant.

Dr.Warrier , If you can take out some time from busy schedule show use to master any skill 100 hr rule /10000 rule, Learning is key as there is lot of changes and everybody at any age to get updated, The problem is continues learning is boring, Need to understand more,Is can i spend direct 100 hr locked up and learn any skill or TIME Is a important factor in curating the learning process need to allocate certain amount of time each day revise review. Really good video. I was thinking of my hobbies and it turns out that I am utterly selfish minded person as my hobbies are for my own pleasure and happiness. Like running, hiking, climbing. I am clueless and often think that maybe I am the most selfish person as I do not create videos on RU-vid like others. A private person who likes things, nature more than people. Is the world for me? I wonder if you can make a video for these people to make a step towards helping others.
