Sir, ive been an ardent follower of yours. Once in one of your videos you made a statement ki “ Freedom is a myth, something along the lines of that if we are not imprisoned by societal standards, we are imprisoned by our own standards and wishes. Can you please make a video explaining that sentence. It really soarked my curiosity. I hope you see this.
The confusion comes as good practitioners are not always available.. If it was placebo only , could not treat new born baby, toddler or even animals or unconscious patients We find billions of vedio s with trillions views on homoeopathy. If it were only placebo, this is not possible at all... Keep faith , study well and and get results🎉🎉🎉

Hi Siddharth, I really loved how you explained bhakti yoga as something that's beyond just an emotional journey. It is in true sense, absolute surrender. But I disagree that just because it starts with 'I want to follow bhakti yoga', it makes it any less real. I would think that intent matters the most snd we all have to begin somewhere. And a person who's in this path seriously would not brag about it to anyone because it's a purely internal journey that seeks no validation from external society. Aiming for it would simply show an intention to go beyond yourself, your own identity, the mundane tussles of everyday life and towards a more blissful state.
hi sir. loved watching your videos. How to actually improve metabolic health? To whom should we consult for improving metabolic health. cause if we go to Hospital as a pre . the doctor simply "Do exercise". Is that really enough. how to get help. Please answer.
Dr. Sid, I wanted to know that it is mandatory to do a full body checkup at the age of 18? Because of the sedentary lifestyles acquired due to long study hours (10-12 hrs).
I would recommend doing a baseline test at 18 and 25 years of age. And then every 3 years after 30. If some problem is detected, then need to follow up more regularly

Dr Sid Warrior, I came upon your podcast with Dr Pal recently and started watching your other videos as well. I'm learning psychology and your videos are truly beneficial.Thank you for sharing your knowledge. But, Doc., you must give a forewarning to them, bcoz they are highly addictive.
