Realtionship with past clients is a very good point I learn from this video cause we speak our new customers too like we already have 40-50 active clients who they are looking for some investment this thing make us quickly attractive or productive with our new Customers. Greetings Carys from Toronto, ON, Canada! So, I've been binge watching your videos all day yesterday and now today. Extremely helpful and informative! I know South Florida is a different from Toronto's market but education is education :) I recently was let go from my company with skills in IT and Internal Comms with a lengthy severance package so I will consider it a "blessing in disguise" as this allows me time to research my next venture into Real Estate. Brand new here, but have wanted to do real estate for a while. I finally left my medical career to dive into the field because I’m creative and in love with architecture and design. I’m not well versed in the creator side of social media. Any recommendations on how to get comfortable speaking to the camera like you’re having a conversation? Also, any recommendations on filming/editing supplies and software both for online presence as well as home tours?

I just started contemplating a real estate career, but I am nervous. I have 2 small children and my job now is not fulfilling and barely pays . Do you think real estate is a good career choice for a mother? How did you know real estate was the career for you?

My advice is to have 6-8 months savings set aside. Or try to do it on the side to your current job until you have build your RE business before quitting your current job.
