Ik I’m late to this but I just wanna say to anyone reading this if u haven’t subbed and liked the video yet, do it, this guy has been giving out guides for a year and a half and literally destroying his sleep schedule to make these guides the best they can be, This guide in particular is his best guide yet and definitely deserves the amount of views/likes it’s getting, I’m glad I could make a thumbnail for this amazing guide and I’m also glad to be friends with someone as amazing as Ambience. Thank you Scott for giving out all these guides and helping players become the best they can be at these challenging modes😁👍🏼
Ahh, thanks Bon, I really appreciate everything you've done for me man. It's been great being friends with you the whole time and I very much appreciate the thumbnails as always!
As a 50/20 Victor myself, I think this guide is perfect for people who haven't done it yet. It covers everything necessary to beat this hellhole of a challenge.
This guide has helped me get to 3:42 in 50/20, ran out of power though. Either way, i feel im close to beating this hellhole of a challenge. Massive thanks to you. You have helped me tremendously inside of UCN altogether. I'll edit this if i ever beat 50/20 mode. Edit: Okay, i havent beaten 50/20 mode yet, however i got to 4:24 today. I will keep pushing forward. Thank you for everything. Edit 2: Alright, today i finally beat 50/20 mode! Mangle somehow got in the office agitating music man, but i somehow beat it with 7% power. Couldn't do it without you. Thanks.
I’m actually really glad you mentioned the whole “take a break so you don’t hate the game” thing. I had a similar scenario to this with a Geometry Dash level, and it got to a point where I absolutely could not stand to play it for any period of time.
I stopped at 45/20. There is such a big difference between 45/20 and 50/20. I didn’t worry once about time intervals in my run. Just a couple animatronics like Funtime Foxy, Chica, The Puppet, Lefty make this run so much harder. Well done to anyone who has completed 50/20
It's just about practise 😊 The right stepup after 45/20 is 47/20 Basically 45/20 but with switching between Powergen and GMB which is pretty easy. 49/20 after throws the RNG in with Foxy mostly. The stepup from that to 50/20 is massive then I did need like 8 hours for learning coinfarming+deathcoining alone with XOR in between. That's the hardest part
This guide is really in-depth especially for the ones that are trying to beat the mode. Some of the differences that I do instead is that I switch the wet floor sign during or after coin farming (whenever I feel like it basically) and that I reset the ventilation every time the hour changes. Overall, I find this guide really helpful, and would just like to say GL to the ones that are on the verge of beating this heck of a mode.
This honestly gives me to much motivation with the "Good luck! I know you can do it. I really do." I've gotten to 4.10.5 before and I'm in the homestretch. I know all I need to know to beat 50/20 mode and I know I can beat it.
NEVERMIND I BEAT IT. Thank you so much for such an amazing guide. You and DJ Sterf helped me so much. This sucks so much on PlayStation I can’t believe it’s finally over
ive slowly been making my way through every fnaf game and trying to achieve 100%. these videos have helped me so much through both golden freddy's, all the fnaf 4 challenges, plushbabys, 49/20, aggressive nightmare, and so much more. ive started to run 50/20 and thanks to this guide i already have 2 3am runs. thank you so much for all of the helpful advice with your guides! edit: i finally did it after several hours of grinding away and 2 fails with less than 10 seconds left. Thank you ambience for helping through all of this.
Genuinely one of the best guides Ive seen, the mentioning of mental health really hammers it into the #1 spot. Definitely going to rewatch this for my mobile runs.
I wish I had this guide when I beat this mode, I beat 49/20 and it took me a hell of awhile to beat 50/20 occasionally I got pissed and chucked my headphones, but this guide even teaches you to be calm which is incredibly useful to know because you play like garbage when you’re upset or annoyed. It was 1am when I beat this and I was incredibly calm, this just shows how being pissed completely destroys how you play. Ambience has always had some insane guides and. Thanks for helping people beat this insane challenge. I wish I had a helping hand as good as this when I was grinding myself. Keep up the good work man.
I respect you alot. After months of trying, and a whole bunch of jumpscares. I finally beat fnaf 1 to pizzeria simulator, and 50/20 on ucn now. No matter what these are the only tutorials I watch on fnaf, not only because they are very informative and they give the really important bits, but also because they are really entertaining! Really hope you get more attention one day as you deserve. But thank you for guiding me every step of the way!
This guide and Spiff's completion pushed me over the edge to try and beat 50/20, the problem was I never played a fnaf before. It took a week and a half working my way up to and beating 50/20, increasing by 2 animatronics every successful attempt after 40/20. 3 days trying 50/20 to complete, 53 hours on steam total, and I owe it to you, thank you for such a well rounded guide.
DUDE. YOU ARE THE BEST FNAF RU-vidR OF ALL TIME!!! WITH YOUR STRATEGY I JUST BEAT 50/20 IN UNDER A WEEK AND I AM SO HAPPY THAT I FOUND YOUR RU-vid CHANNEL!!! THANK YOU AMBIENCE!!!!
I beat 50/20 in 8 hours with this guide, and I also beat the blind modes in FNaF 4 by following your guides as well !! Thanks so much for being such a great help and explaining stuff in such extensive detail !!!
thank you so much for this guide, ive been looking forward to it since it was announced bc you are incredible at being concise. im sure this will help many people trying to beat this mode 👍
I beat 50/20! It took me a week of playing an hour a day and fully adhering to this guide, but it was worth it and I want to say thank you for creating this wonderful guide, Ambience.
Hey! I normally don't comment on videos, but after a whole 2 weeks of grinding on 50/20, raging, and re-watching your videos countless times, I've finally been able to beat 50/20 thanks to your guides. Your content is amazing and I can't wait to see more in the future, Thanks again you so much for your help and keep up the great work!
‘If you are getting overly frustrated, shut off the game and go do something else for a bit’ Like getting bitches, touching grass, etc. all that good stuff
I know I am late but Mr. Ambiance. You are the best guide provider ever i have beaten FNAF 1, 2, 4 and UCN 100% with your help I am looking forward to finish SL ofc with your guides, Hope you make more. This is the first and last edit of my comment but I was able to beat 50/20 mode somehow pulling off a greenrun with it being 11% power and I got heck of a good RNG anyways thank you ambiance for everything.
Y'know, I never understood how the hell I was supposed to get 10 coins so fast, until I tried doing 50/20 without death coining Funtime Foxy, and then slowly trying to actually death coin him. In the end I finally managed to be quick enough, and today, I finally beat it!!! It took me 21 days, so I'm glad it's finally over!
I forgot to comment that I beat 50/20 I did it 4 days ago all thanks to your help!Thank you so much although when I did beat it I felt an insane sense of relief but I didn't feel happy though it was kinda underwhelming also i beat it the same way you did during ur beating 50 20 stream 1% power and all of foxies parts in the office due to bad rng and music man in the background also I did the reset a bit before 3:41 and I think the old man consequence trick actually saved my life!
I am proud to say after 15+ hours, a death at 4:28.9, and many rages, I have finally finished this mode. Thanks ambience for making such an incredible guide and helping me push through this hellhole of a challenge.
Also yes the section about only playing this when you're feeling good is KEY. I've put about 8-9 hours into it and theres a lot of moments in that footage im not proud of because I was losing my shit at the RNG, swearing up a storm and saying some awful stuff. PLEASE HEED THAT ADVICE
Somehow, you made 50/20 mode make sense to someone who just beat 4/20 mode update: ive recently beaten 48/20 mode and am learning how to deal with foxy (and getting ungodly bad rng) im beginning to understand the dc route and coin farming, as those 2 have been a real problem for me, hope to beat this ungodly difficult challenge soon! update 2: just beat 49/20 mode! it was hard as hell but its done now, cant wait for 50/20!
i do wanna say thank you for making these guides. i would have never been able to even do 49/20, sl 10/20, or fnaf 2 10/20 without them. theres nothing wrong with this guide, it would be extremely useful and easy to follow and execute for literally any other person on the planet. i really am glad these exist, they're super clear and well made. thx
After I watched this video, I realised that i really over complicated and overestimated this challenge when I first beat it, thanks Ambience for making this guide :D
I feel as though a thank you is owed to the man who helped me 100% every fnaf game! And yes that includes beating 50/20 with this particular guide. Thank you Ambiance for your work and dedication to this community and I wish you all the best in the future!
i recently came back to ucn about 5 days ago and have worked my way back up in terms of refamiliarizing myself with the controls and the mechanics. 2 days ago, i beat 48/20, and just yesterday i beat 49/20. all that's left is the final challenge and this guide is exactly what i needed, albeit i'm a little late to the party. hopefully i can beat it soon!
Figured I'd leave a comment since I would frequently come back to this video while taking breaks from 50/20 attempts, this guide helped me finally beat 50/20 a few days ago, while I initially started with getting enough points for the FNaF 4 office, into 49/20, to completing this max mode that ruined my life, I will say that without it, I'd probably never have finished it without going insane looking into a decomp of the game myself to piece together theories of strategies, while ultimately falling to a lot of the RNG bs the game throws, probably unraveling whatever I could piece together on my own. To people interested in the challenge, this is def the best guide to follow, while I'll say it'd be more useful to get more chapters on each segment about characters, or even more visuals to help with skimming through for information on a challenging character or rough patch, won't hold it against the creator for already providing more than enough help already to a help a ton of people beat this wicked and evil max mode. Thanks a ton for saving my life, this mode has haunted me for the last 4 weeks.
This video was life changing for me, thanks to you, I completed 50/20 mode in one evening (I did have a little practice before, but some of your tips improved my gameplay A LOT, thanks again and wish you lots of subs)
I finally watch spiff doing this challenge and finally completed. And he got super lucky that fnaf 1 foxy spawn too early and he never killed spiff which thankfully worked out in his favor. Thanks for the guide any strategy’s after posting this up. The only thing I like 50/20 is the end song, it’s just satisfying to hear after accomplishing 50/20.
Thank you so much for this guide! No other guide explained anything or any detail you did. You went very in detail about foxy and toy freddy, which I love! Because of you I beat 50/20 and cant thank you enough for this guide!
amazing tutorial, i was able to beat 50/20 after only like 3 days of practicing, foxy rng was a bit of a pain and i died to him a lot at the last cam flip but its done now, i think i'll go for 50/20 no powerups next :)
Foxy is an asshole on 50/20. I literally beat 49/20 mode death coining Bonnie and Foxy and dodging Toy Freddy/Rockstar Bonnie intervals while using your strategy, Ambience. This consists of gmb cycles, camstalling, etc.
I dont even play FNAF play nor watch FNAF videos but i found this really interesting. The the mentality part is a really nice takeaway to me and i think more should strive to have your approach!
Thank you Ambience! Truly, You have helped me 100% beat Fnaf 1 - UCN (i beat fnaf world but you don't have a academy on that) so just to say thank you very much 😁😁
The most difficult part of 50/20 is that its sensory overload, id first of all recommend you complete anything between 47-49/20 before attempting this, so you get a feel for what it's like, if you're having trouble with those do a lesser version of those, second of all I'd recommend completing all of the challenges/presets before this so you can learn what pattern to follow and use ambience's guides in order to help you with those presets, especially Old friends where you learn about farming coins without switching through cameras and also you learn about 0 frame flips assuming that you are watching his guides. Old friends also helps because of puppet and chica intervals, if this is too long for you then know that INTERVALS ARE KEY without intervals the game can feel random and unfair, now for mental advice, I'm mostly going to be repeating advice ambience said in his vid but if you are dying a lot just take a break and do what ever as long as you take a break, this happend a lot with me in 4/20 fnaf4 I would play for too long and my skills would get sloppy not even being able to get past 1am so please take a break when you are feeling sloppy or frustrated, you arent trying to race for anything (unless your in some race with a friends or smth like that idk) and there is no purpous to pushing your self to the limit. TL;DR 50/20 hard
I just beat 50/20 a few days ago. The only thing I’d say different is that I’d recommend to make PlushTrap flee while your using the Death Coin on Funtime Foxy. It’s two birds with one stone.
I would like to heavily thank you for helping me beat 50/20 mode, your ‘hardest mode’ guides are really what helped me, with a little tweaking (like getting to death coin Funtime foxy asap), I managed to complete it once and for all in 1-2 months. Thank you for making all of these guides, they really helped me. ❤
Honestly your content is amazing I started watching with your Fnaf 4 videos and stayed for ucn and Fnaf 2 and just any of your guides. This channel has so much potential. With your Fnaf 4 guides you helped me make the scariest game into one of my favorite games. Thank you so much and keep up the hard work
fnaf 4's post-night 8 challenge combos (blind all nightmare, blind insta foxy mad freddy) are harder than 50/20, change my mind. if you're curious, here's my reasoning (get ready for a really long comment): FNAF 4 (for me) is a boring game, leading to me wanting to grind it less compared to 50/20, but also the game is so incredibly based around audio cues, where UCN is not based as much on audio cues. Also, the blind challenge makes it incredibly difficult to get to the closet, and trying to know where you are combined with listening to the animatronics is a real nightmare. Add the horrible RNG from Nightmare that is less fair than Foxy from UCN, you get a cluster of bad design mixed with RNG and lack of motivation to play due to boredom. Yes, FNAF 4 is a lot easier to get into, but UCN is a lot easier to get practice in with the perfectly consistent AI throughout the night, meanwhile FNAF 4's Nightmare animatronic gets more difficult at 3am (more rng based than difficult). UCN also has a shorter night, with a timer to know when you are about to win incase you want to stall. FNAF 4, no specific timer but still has hours, making it hard to track how close you are to winning, and with the blindness, you cannot see the hours. Also, for me atleast, FNAF 4's doors have some inconsistency when holding down shift to close them. They always close at random times that vary ~300ms. This can be detrimental with the tight timings of Nightmare. A simple noise from the outside or in your house can also destroy your run, especially with the right-to-left audio of Nightmare being 2x quieter than left-to-right. UCN, on the other hand, requires a loud noise to mess up your run, if even. To be fair however, if you get unlucky and get multiple audio cues at the same time, it will be difficult to hear ballora and you may die (happened to me a few times). Also, NM/NMFB's laughs are random, and they can be in 2 random places if you even get a real laugh. Horrible idea Pros and Cons of each game which make them more difficult or easier: - UCN - Pros: - Easier to practice - Ingame timer - Shorter nights - Death Coin - RNG is easier to manage - Less reliant on audio cues and more reliant on visual cues - Bugs that benefit gameplay such as what i call fake flipping, where you flip up the camera and immediately close it before it renders, avoiding death but changing the foxy/bonnie statue on the table to help with RNG. - More content - Not as demotivating - Gameplay is almost entirely consistent (99.5% consistent) - Good built in mechanics such as cam stalling - Animatronics getting blocked by doors gives 1 Faz Coin per animatronic blocking sound (including clicking helpy) - Powerups for the noobies - Lots of challenges built in to the game already - Extra strategy/power saving mechanics built into the game such as: Timing the top vent door to not die to Phantom Freddy forcing animatronics in, while also saving tons of power and he will be disabled for ~15 seconds, Afton can be stopped on the .1 second to save power, you can add in a little bit of music box winding to save some time with the PG, using the wet floor sign/blocking freddy before flipping to save having to hold a door closed for the flip, fake flips (as mentioned above), OMC can be used to stall for a few seconds after blackout due to the game's design, you can heater to avoid paying Rockstar Freddy, albeit with little to no consistency, you can wait with rockstar freddy for each 30s interval to skip appearances Cons: - Toy freddy - Cameras move around even though there are on-camera buttons that are also small (just keep them still omg) - Rockstar bonnie!! - RNG can get really bad - Some bugs, such as the mask bug, which is the same as fake flipping but golden freddy can kill you because of it - Some inconsistencies (Freddy has a 2x longer timer to get blocked by the door compared to other animatronics, and Afton only hits the doors at a certain tenth of a second [e.g. 1.1 seconds after he starts attacking on AI 20) - Funtime Foxy can kill you at 6am (just why??? the night is over and you get killed..) - XOR spawns at any 10 second multiple + 1 second (11s, 22s, 33s) with no consistent RNG, when 11s is almost always required for a good run and 22/33 can rarely be used. - (May just be for me) Sometimes inputs will not register, including at the start of the game, and incredibly rarely mid-game. Could end runs. (Might be an issue with me having a refresh rate above the game's FPS cap). - Audio cues can stack at a horrible time and Ballora will kill you due to being unable to hear her. - Trash and the Gang's stupid balloon blocking cameras that are important (why scott) - Scrap Baby's shock takes power whether it actually gets rid of her or not (why bruh, just make it take power if you click it when she isn't trying to attack instead of always, such a waste, bad for greenruns) - Blocking multiple animatronics at the same time only awards 1 faz-coin - Plushtrap has a 1.6-1.8 second ridding timer (why make it random?!?!) - Ballora disables all cameras. This makes 0 sense. - Powerups have a cap of 9. Why? - Mediocre Melodies, specifically Orville, Nedd Bear, and also Mr. Hippo because of his stupid speech. - Nightmare BB has a horrible hitbox - Wet floor sign hitbox is a little weird, it's more consistent with the visual effects option off - You receive powerups while at max, being forced to wait 5s even though you dont get anything because of the limit - El chip is annoying, especially with the Enter key to close it (you can always click the button to close it at the bottom of the screen) - OMC can sometimes be annoying aswell (or a benefit as mentioned in the pros) - Phone guy will produce noise as soon as he appears, angering music man. In my opinion, not making noise until the call was missed would be a better design choice. (By making noise, I mean influencing the noise meter and annoying music man, not producing noise in your ears, that's good) - Jack-O-Chica is impossible to tell when you will die or if she even started appearing Extras: This is here just for deedee. I think deedee is both a pro and a con of this game because it both adds to the difficulty in a not so bad way (deedee also doesn't always add an animatronic, my theory is that she rolls a random one out of the whole list regardless of whether it is in the night or not) - FNAF 4 - Pros: - uh... chica can go in kitchen and stall for a little bit? - Plushtrap minigame/BB minigame that can reduce night length by 2 hours - scary gaem - cool post-night cutscenes (was that the bite of 87?!?!) - Good step away from the old formula to make way for Sister Location and FNAFPS, while also keeping a decent amount of the formula at the same time. - i really wanna add more pros but i can't think of any, i just genuinely dislike the challenges of the game Cons: - Foxy is too random and can not be heard most of the time - Bonnie/Chica have a range of 2-3 seconds where they can breathe (bro whyy) - Nightmare's AI increases at 3am (aka rng gets spiked so hard and u have 0 chance) - Blind mode complicates everything - Freddy isn't that bad, but combined with everything else it becomes a mess - Nightmare is too fast, too rng based - Doors are inconsistent (~300ms inconsistency when holding shift to close it while approaching) - NM/NMFB's footstep audio sound is different for both sounds. Left-to-right is louder meanwhile right-to-left is about twice as quiet - (Possible placebo) NM/NMFB move from right-to-left slower than left-to-right - NM/NMFB's laughs are impossible to tell whether they're fake or not - NM/NMFB have 2 places to go when laughing, ending your run if you even check 1 on a fake laugh, sometimes ending your run if you check the wrong one on a real laugh even - When leaving doors, Bonnie and Chica can sometimes make fake footsteps. Big dumb - You can't replay 4/20 mode (doesnt matter too much but still why) - Halloween Edition makes Nightmare turn into Nightmarionne, accompanied by a quiet music box playing in the background, increasing the difficulty of the game even more with the overlapping audio. - Can't see the ingame hour in blind mode - Can't see when you're about to die to NM/NMFB in blind mode - The box. What happened to the box. Now you might be thinking, "FNAF 4 has less cons than UCN!" but the thing is, UCN has 56 animatronics, FNAF 4 has as many as 4 in play at a time, and as low as 1. There is also a LOT more content in UCN, and mechanics that can mess with eachother causing all these cons. Also, if you look at the pros, you see UCN has many more, and the ratio of pros to cons for UCN is a lot better than FNAF 4. Notes: Ambience even made a video about Nightmare's AI changing at 3am if you dont believe me, go find it. also this comment took me half an hour kindly notice this because i dont want this to be here for nothing TLDR: UCN easy cuz good design and not so bad rng (still pretty bad, just not as bad as fnaf 4), fnaf 4 hard cuz bad design and bad rng
Got 5AM twice cuz of foxy. I just gotta get that lucky run. Thank you for this guide, it really helped with avoiding rockstar Bonnie at 26 seconds especially
Ambience just wanted to say thank you for helping me beat all the fnaf games, I have gotten all the achievements on PlayStation for every fnaf game thanks to you! I just beat 50/20 and I actually had to do it twice because the achievement was glitched, this took me forever to the point it mentally and physically affected me because now my eyes are bloodshot and my left thumb is in crimpling pain from the ps5 joystick, but I got it done and I can rest with ease with fnaf!
@@chancee3 you just have to get really set in with the controls, there is good with PlayStation that makes it easier, for phone all you have to do is press square and it’ll mute him, I recommend having your cursor speed pretty hide since it’s VERY difficult to do the death coin sequence on PlayStation, if you want the achievements and they aren’t working just ask me I know how to fix them to work.
im studying this video intensely so when someone mentions anything about fnaf i can start talking about this and either seem reslly smart or really nerdy
Thank you for all the guides I managed to complete fnaf 1 - 6 all because of you and I also completed 50/20 early game for the first time today getting the time of 1 mintue and 12.7 seconds! So what happened is that nightmare chica showed during a gmb cycle and I think I forgot to turn the gmb back on after turning on the AC. But I'm getting pretty good at the early game which is what matters since I already beat 49/20 (all thanks to your guide) so the rest of the night shouldn't be a problem!
Hey Ambience! Thank you for such an amazing guide! I’m so close man I beat 49/20 a few days ago, started grinding 50/20 and JUST like 20 minutes ago as of typing this I died at 4:26 on PlayStation from running out of power. Once I get this done I’ll have every trophy from every console port FNaF game. Any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated because console makes this so miserable ugh
4/20 FNaF 4, 10/20 SL and FNaF 2, "All Nightmare Blind Mode", and "Blind Mode/Mad Freddy/Insta-Foxy": We'll cause FNaF players the worst kinds of stress imaginable! UCN 50/20: You sure about that?
I like how in your fnaf custom night tutorial guides what's funny in my opinion is that when you beat it you don't care you just carry on talking like it was a piece of cake
Hey Ambience I just wanna say thank you for everything you were the reason I beat 50/20 Mode in the first place.Your Guides are just amazing they are pretty helpful and understandable. Like you Said it took me a lot of tries to beat it. Love you man.
