Someone recently posted a vid that claimed to explain how 4 people were able to complete Halo 4 is 1:04:16, but the video did the complete opposite of that. It basically undermined all of the strats and work that a original coop crew had put into the run and basically showed a "lets play" with inaccurate information. The best part of the video was that they sources used for the run were from people that had no clue about the coop strats and they did a run that clocked in at 1:17:30 or something. This video and title are just a meme to make fun of that video by actually using real coop strats and by using only half of the people.
The video you're talking about obviously isn't done with the best co-op strats since two of the people involved would not have the time to learn the strats for the video. Could they have used the current co-op WR video and talked over it? Of course, but for whatever reason, they wanted to do a run for this one. When you say "people that had no clue about the coop strats" I assume you mean people that you dislike because the other two people in the video have done co-op runs and do have co-op times for H4 on HaloRuns, but I guess since the guys that uploaded the video clickbaited by using the WR time in the title you dislike them as well. End of the day, the video was not aimed at speedrunners and instead a more casual viewerbase that just wanted something to watch. Would it have been more accurate if they used the current WR video as they have done in the past? Of course, and it would have appealed more to the speedrunning crowd as well. However, that's not what happened, but the video was still a bit of fun. If you want to make a better H4 speedrun summary video, then do it.
