best counter ive found is blockers with diaboro. and with wargrey trident arm has been clutch

I love how every toxic fan told me they created magnax to counter aggro decks like miragegaoga but this video literrally explains that the only decks that can beat magna are the same aggro decks like mirage and anything with dp reductions which is already good even if magna did not exist! Maybe they can use the banlist to balance decks instead of making broken cards that hurt the game more than help it since most decks can't naturally out magnax!

I dont think it'll get either. I only play at locals, and part of me is worried about this card, and part of me thinks if it stays expensive, I won't see it much. Just feels kind of bad that any deck that would otherwise would be good, kaybe even great, if it can't deal with magna, it could be worthless. Im looking forward to play 7 great demon lords, but it will struggle hard against Magna x.

I guess you could use the Wargreymon to raid once, and if there's not another blocker, you could swing at security for like three checks, then Blitz Omni for the other two and reboot. You at least shut a lot of their security shenanigans down and if they get Omni off the board with DP minus somehow you can probably still kill them before they kill you, since that would take a lot of memory investment on their part. Maybe the red rushy variant would work better here?

@SpideyPlaysTCG I'm confused about the Machgaogamon play. So even after digivoliving into Mirage the when attacking effect is still in play?

Quick question, if I end my turn with veemon as one of my sources and dna into Paildramon, does the end of turn protection of magnamon x anti wears off thus I’m able to trash its sources using the bt16 tamer effect of suspending to trash 3 sources, thus targeting the armor trait cards in its sources?

Source stripping, DP gain, and "cannot be blocked" all become huge this format. High speed plug in D is a super techable card in any deck (assuming you run tamers) that gets around Magna. I do wish magna was a little more interactive, but i dont think its ban worthy.

U cant play crimson blaze the turn the magna x had the immunity....the veemon still have immunity

Collsion is cool but magnax will have 16k dp. Doruga stack will be 14k when they block assuming you have the plus 1k inheritables

A card being so strong that only specific actions being able to beat it, is not a good card design...

Just wanna point out that you CANT double raid and then kill the rookie with Crimson. The rookie will still have the protection from having become Magna X

Zudomon ace. When zudo swings in, rip out the armour form and the magna X now does not have the protection and DP buff. It still unsuspends though. Also an option in sec kills magna X as security effects would resolve before Magna X gets protection hence wyverns/full moon/ultimate flare being good counters

That cut is Indeed dope. Whats great about magnadramon and I guess angewomon Ace is that it last till the end of the opp turn so angewomon does -6k and the magnadra does -9k that’ll kill the magna at the start of their turn when the protection wears off.
