Hard to say it but urban is great at analyzing plays

Great Analisis Urban. how to defend the pick & rub on this play is, initially show the man coverage. when guy is in motion, follow him, implying, you're in man coverage but switch to zone coverage during the play. that defender following the motion man takes the 1st person that goes inside. the middle defender covers over top deep or any crossing wr and to guy on end steps outside (last man on end) covering the outside forcing the receiver that runs out in. Just like forcing the running backs in to the defensive help. If the qb attempts to pass outside your waiting on the ball for a n easy interception. The important element is to have smart db's that have the ability to make decisions on the fly. you don't necessarily have to have athletes to match ability of opponents, but it helps. Like in Star Wars III Revenge of the Sith when Obi Won had the high ground. 😎😉
