What a great teacher. I’m by no means a football junkie but I could easily follow his explanation. As a former teacher he gave a great intro identifying the objective, clear concise not overly technical explanation and a great summary/conclusion.

Gotta be able to disguise looks on defense, good coaches will find experienced players who can do this. QBs in college aren’t gonna be smart enough to recognize stuff like that, so that’s how you beat them.

Super basic stuff. Teams figure this out. It’s called disguised looks on defense. Iowa did it and dropped out of blitz’s a lot To step in front of that slant. And everyone knows all that mn does is either run off tackle, throw a ton of slants, and go routes. They NEVER throw to the outside hash towards them sideline. and then Wisconsin took notes on what iowa did and you saw what happened. gophers can look at the defense and audible into whatever they want, but the defense is in a completely different look than they’re really in.
