For me it was those three human troopers on the rocket lances killing the red-ball demon (forgot her name). I mean think about it. They had to have planned how to sync like that, knowing they only had one shot to kill the second most powerful enemy demon and not get mind-warped by her powers - yet also knowing that they would kill each other if successful. That is a level of pettiness tthat I cannot help but respect.

the huge flaw with the entire video, is that a lot of the characters are acting on natural instinct. they cant think strategically quickly, and some other moments they cant just “do this” because they are in shock- i do like the explanations tho!

I think the way to beat Ryo in this show was if Akira made a bigger deal of when he found out that demons could love. He should have convinced Ryo to investigate that, and ask Ryo why he kept/kept looking at the childhood photos. He'll realize that he himself could love or expand his love for humanity and abort his mission. Or at least convince him that he can and if he wants to fight God, he should take his fight to Mars or another planet.

I’ve seen a theory floated around that it’s a battle between Satan & God, in an effort to teach Satan empathy (which could be implied by the very ending of the series); the idea is that Satan is stuck in a time loop, because of the fact that Devilman already exists as a piece of media in their world. Supported by the after-credits scene right at the very end of the series. Not sure if it’s true, but it’s relatively plausible.

The most beatiful thing about this animeis the more you watch it, the more you understand the story with different point of view, the true protagonist here is ryo and akira is just part of one of his many life, he will never find peace because god keeps destroying every world and creatures he cherishes. I once thought devilman couldn't get a second season or be continued, of course the story cannot follow akira but devilman was Just a part of ryo's life so from there i think it's possible to have more stories Just like that.

I legitimately don’t even know what to fucking say. Holy fucking shit was that a story. It was brutal, unforgiving, cold of heart and didn’t hold back on casting away characters like logs to a flame. I suppose God and his army did win in the end, but just the idea of all these characters we have grown to love dying just hit me hard as shit.

I realized this is almost like Evangelion. The ending with the red waters and shattered grounds, the pure colored character being the villain, and God cleansing the world right at the end.

Downloading or owing a copy of Carmageddon, carries a maximum fine of $275,000 and/or 10 years in jail. people could argue that VPNs are assisting civilians in committing crimes that they probably were never aware of.

I preferred the ova but the soundtrack is absolutely amazing. I've never liked the anime style since the 2000s. The 80s and 90s style anime will always be greatest in my opinion.
