UPDATE: Hidden doors are no longer able to be placed in doorways. No idea why, but they patched it. (Thanks Wildcard!)

Haha! Time to return some interest after all my thievery! The annoying metal bit on the glass walls can almost perfectly be covered with a stone railing and adds a cool detail to the window. Great video!

do you have some tips for metal bases ? I find it really difficulty to spicy things up. Thanks

Sure! I can think of a few things, pillars and beams, paint (paint applies very nicely to metal), trophy displays, metal signs rotated to form vertical lines, placing down metal water tanks along a snap point in free place mode then snap the metal walls clipped into them to create a new texture for walls. I might do a video on it.
