Building your network is huge, even at the entry level! Proving that you are proactive for eventual deal sourcing shows that you don't want to be an analyst forever and are worth the time investment for the company

Are you able to do a video on what to expect when you start as an analyst? Day 1, what are some things you’ll do, expectations. Are you expected to put together a full property analysis day 1? Is there any type of training? Week1? Month 1? Etc etc… thanks! Just joined the academy looking forward to it.

I too agree on mentorship and am fortunate to have had three outstanding mentors for my first six years as part of a team and now them, plus directors whom I can truly consider friends inside and outside of CRE.
