4:30 Will spoken. When you put people into a position of power they have never been in they get tested and power hungry. When I was in the Marines it was quite common to see junior Marines get promote to NCO (team lead) and a few months after just completely botch it up. At the time I didn’t know I was a decently good leader. I had my fellow marines come ask for help and guidance when they needed it, every time I left the shop area it would fall apart until I came back, I could be trusted to hold down the area by myself sometimes for weeks while everyone else were sent on deployments, training and etc. But the most singular and most impactful validation I got from one of my fellow Sergeants he said and I quote…. “Hey Sergeant Lor, I trust you with my life because you know your job” I didn’t know what to say to that. It really meant a lot to me he said that. I will always remember that.

Bedros, I want to say thank you! I grew up without any men in my family I could look up to or respect. My dad, whom I never knew, didn't have a grandpa, and my stepfather is an alcoholic. My mum neglected us. Thank you for putting out your message and teaching values to us who never learned anything about leading an honorable life as we grew up. I feel women also need to hear this and become better self-leaders and be more courageous to look honestly at themselves.

It’s crazy that these episodes come out on Tuesday, because my week doesn’t really start until I hear these episodes, thanks so much Bedros for your consistency and you’re powerful messages for us.

Bedros, I really needed this episode brother. I am a husband on the verg of a separation and I am a supervisor without the right tools to lead my team. I have 4 kids and I know they love me but I feel that I am not fully respected by either group. I've been trying to get up early and make a change in my life ,but I have no real discipline and am struggling in life. I appreciate these episodes because I asked God to show me a way to better myself and I came across yours and wes Watsons channel and been intrigued ever since. I'm looking for a program that will whip me into shape but I understand that I need to collect myself and like you said be true to one's self. One of my biggest struggles has been self leadership. I tend to break promises that I make to myself, tend to be indecisive, and every time I hit a fork in the road I give up and don't push through. I fucking tired of being a little B****. I must be better leader and be a man of integrity to self and others and keep all promises no matter what.

Hey bedros, I’m only 20 y/o and not in a financial position to purchase any courses. I know I’m going to be successful eventually (that sounds slightly arrogant, I have no choice but to be successful I’m not doing it for myself) but I find it hard to gain respect as a younger individual and people don’t take me seriously a lot of the time, I want to be a leader and have no idea where to begin in this journey if you or anyone can guide me in the right direction I would be forever appreciative!
