A cruise contract sounds like it would provide more stable employment than a stage show; I've heard of Broadway shows closing in less than a week. Question: Should cruise ship performers use talent agents?
Performer life is so unpredictable sometimes! And a lot of people do, but it's not necessary for cruise ships! Their agents can then help them find work for after that contract or make negotiations which is helpful.

Hello! I’m not exactly sure because guest entertainers are hired through a different company. In the past I’ve known people to have their agent submit for them but I’m not sure where. Sorry I’m not much help 😣
Do you get paid throughout the rehearsal period that you mentioned? When do you start getting paid? I just ask because I want to be prepared financially
I was asked for a video submission audition does that mean after I pass that I’ll have to go to an in person it’s for an agency. Also can you please share your audition videos with us of you singing? I feel like I’m over thinking it. I want to make sure I create the video quality they are looking for.

Hi! I’m 18 and got hired on as an Assistant waiter! This was mid july 2023 a month ago that I accepted my offer and I m still waiting on Anderson Kelly, just resending in signed documents. How long did your MMC medical, and then to Training take for you? Are you still on the POA how’s it going?
You have to have at least 10 hours of rest in a 24 hour period and one of your breaks has to be at least 6 hours. You also must have at least 77 rest hours in a 7 day period. That's the basics!
