I have some questions related to finance hope you will make a detailed video with example (where required) on this. Thank you Q1 - taxation on stock market equity, and f&o for trader/invester/ both. Q2- should we need to maintain any book of account for showing expanse, profit, losses , brokerage, office rent etc for ITR purpose when IT inspector ask to show me book of account and it's audit. Q3- should we make a company for trading of do it individually, which will be best keeping Q2 in mind for everyone. I am asking this because now a days many people are getting notice from INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT regarding above questions. People are trading with small profit and frequency of trade is more so there turnover also high but not so much profit . And my personal question is when you see block deal on nse or bse many times you see there are some company which trade stock with very high quantity (in cr) and very less profit margin (in paise) why they do it ? don't they have to pay high income tax on this type of trading .
That was very well summarized Harsh. One small input i would like to add, As a trader its imperative that you have your setup in place i,e Entry , Exit & Stop Loss. However always be ready mentally to change your mindset if the trade turns against your prediction. Trust me the smart money knows everything and you are competing with the best minds in the world. You need to understand why markets is going up down or sideways. There are plenty of content about this. what i have observed been in the markets is Markets Goes up to find sellers & Markets go down to find buyers ( sideways is the time where the accumulation starts )
Volatile means new money pumping in and market order's placing. If you know how to play the game then you can make money.if there's no volatile means no money. Then how you can make money....?

I face this situation many times when i fight someone i frustrated 2-3 days and gives stoploss. That's why i left fighting. Peaceful mind is most important thing in trading.

I don't agree with your point which says 4-6pm study of the market for next day... Real trader is the one who is willing to find the opportunity during the running/ live market... Beacuse if a day before u can predict anything then ur not less than a tarro card reader who is master in predicting the future, that too in stock market is difficult... That's my view... In this you can play the stock market game, However, you not make money.. 1.Identify company (check all parmerter). 2.list out best company list. 3.buy small quantities each stocks. 4.in this list which going less price increase your buying quantity part by part one again study and news... 5.Market crash, market correction start buying good comapny stock only and hold, be patience... Quantity increase step buy step, observation, correction and hold patience... once market high sell and come out try repetedely... If good good good company hold for long when buyer less or low price.. Money making required time 5 to 10 year.

You can halt your intraday trading, but keep going for positional trades i.e. for week or a month if you want to remain active. Rest is your decision to make, what suits you better.
