Just a tiny request, going forward, interview with any Start-Up founder, please do ask the following ‘REAL’ questions, A) WEB SITE DEVELOPMENT: 1. Who coded the soft.? 2. How much time it took to dev.? 3. How soft developer is hired? 4. How non-coder founder interact with coder? 5. How much cost took to build the software?, B) TEAM BUILDING: 1. How co-founder came together? 2. How roles of co-founder & team decided? Etc. General interviews of many western founders & CEOs are available, we need a real interview, thanks.
I'm very grateful that people like you with so much profound knowledge and insightful content also exist .I feel like there's no need to read books if someone is watching your videos religiously.
You know knowledge is also of many types by watching podcast we gain one type of knowledge so for other type of knowledge we have to rely on other sources and one of the source is books

I want to advise something though i am not the most capable, please hear me out - To listen the podcast feels amazing, the quality of the questions, the guests - everything is fantastic - but you would want people to implement this right - Can you make something practical where people try and implement the learnings in daily life.

The most important question u should have asked "WHY SNAPDEAL FAILED?", But u concentrated on some feel good QnAs with no real use for listeners . Nothing against him, but that was must ask question.
Kunal is Such a Fake. A person (company) who let go of an entire team and shut down entire city(viz:kolkata) operations in 2017, within a day without even giving any notice or even listening to any of the employees even for Once, today is giving lecture on firing, empathy towards employees, etc.... As an ex-snapdeal employee I would like to ask Kunal where was his values in 2017, when he kicked us all out of the Organisation..... Such a disgusting Fake person.... Shame on you.
@@mayankkanojiya305 The BD team in different cities onboarded different vendors and made them succesful. Post that company thought that there is no need of the team as all the vendors were onboarded and since they can manage all these vendors centrally and hence they let go of BD teams and resort to a central team in Gurgaon and shut most of other cities

It's early STAGE investing, not AGE!! Last time you called USP preposition instead of proposition! You guys are running an English podcast, it's important you get technical terms right even if grammar is not.
Dude basically went to ask couple of his personal questions and recorded an episode out of it + The questions could have been better researched. How can you record an entire 1 hour of interview, without asking about Snapdeal (The business)! I would say an opportunity missed.
