Hi Tiffany, please understand what internet algorithms do: Just because someone clicks on your video doesn't mean that they are moms (or even woman). Some folks want to find a career from home because they're in quarantine... (I may sound like I'm venting but I just clicked off another video where someone was doing this & I disliked her video because she did not share that it was "mom's only content" instead of possible career advice.)

@@marie-stellamakoumbou2709 yes because so many people are doing it. It’s one of the most popular ways to raise capital in real estate so investors can fund their fix and flips and buy rentals. It’s a vital part of the economy that will never go away. As a VA for a wholesaler, you’ll be cold-calling people using a script and prequalifying the leads, setting appointments, ect. It’s honestly a great way to get your foot in the door in real estate and gain experience taking to motivated sellers. You can then use what you learned to become a wholesaler yourself and hire your own VA’s.

How much is the insurance for virtual assistant jobs? And where did you get your insurance from?

But what about taxes? If numbers aren't calculated correctly, you can be seriously screwed over once it is time to do your taxes and you could end up owing the government. I don't think I've seen anyone talk about that aspect yet and it would be nice to get some ideas on how to stay out of financial trouble with the IRS.
