Ever see an amateur boxing match and wonder how can I get in on this, well here is! www.teamusa.or... finding the perfect coach • How to find the perfec...
This is my third week boxing and I think I’m going to fast. I just learned how to throw a lead hook in class and now I’m trying to teach my self the d’amato shift. I’m hooked big time
We can’t spar WITHOUT the Medical in my club. Yes, my Doc thinks I’m bananas for loving this beautiful sport. I say THANK YOU for the paperwork and HAVE A GREAT DAY.
I’ll be signing to top rank in the next year or two remember this. I’ve always been a fighter / athlete. I know it’s in me this shit my calling. Ready to get my name out there, ain’t nobody going to stop me in my weight division. 1-2 years from this day I will put in all the work to see it happen.
Thanks Coach V, once again a video with information that can be used and applied in the real world! I just got in to boxing last year, mostly for the physical fitness aspect. I started out 5 years ago on the physical fitness journey at 50 years young, I weighed 228lbs at 5'11" and fat. Now I'm at 188 -190 with 10% body fat, running a mile in 6:45 with decent strength for my age now 55. I just thought crossfiit workouts were getting me in shape, but in shape and fight shape are two very different things. I really want to compete in Masters Boxing Competitions next year and this video is jut what I needed to get me on the right track. Unfortunately there are no Boxing Gyms in my area since I live in a small town in Louisiana. I will not be discouraged, I spar with some people I work with, which are all in their 20's so I do get a good challenge. Thanks Coach for this awesome video, I know, for one, it will help me for sure!
Just saw this comment sounds like you're ready to go physically you just need to get around some good training partners. Unfortunately sometimes you have to travel to get access to the right people but it'll be worth it. Keep me posted 💪🏽
I got a gym and ive been going for about 5 months and my coach has got me licenced and im getting medicaled next month and in September i believe im gonna be fighting and i cant wait
Congratulations. Brother. Welcome to the world of competition boxing. Make sure you're in shape to go the full distance if needed.I leave it all in the ring!! #nodaysoff🥊📈💪🏻
I train at "Fighter's Factory" in Blackburn, Melbourne, Australia. Owned and run by "Murray Thompson". If i ever get good enough to become licensed in Australia i will comment what the process was. Thanks coach V your seriously so helpful
My dream is to be pro one day at least to be in a ring in a stadium with little or a lot of people but at least I know I got there I’m in Arizona but ik I’ll get there 🙏🏽 thank you for all these videos
I wanna be (one) of the next big names in the sport. I know there are many names. I wanna be up next to them on the same level. Thats what i want, thats what im tryna be, those are the visions that I have. I want to feel the hype flowing through my veins after a victory. I wanna show that I can be humble after a loss. I aint talkin one punch to the face then quit, injure my liver please and ill still stick it through. My eyes see straight forward and nowhere else. boom bam pow. give me those lights that make the cross pattern, deafen my ears with the sound of cheers. give me the attention. I aint tryna waste my own time so how could i waste yours. you feel me? you will.. and its gonna hurt 💥
Great video thank you! Do you have a video on how I can test myself before I would go to a gym? Like standard tests and requirements to be in amateur fights?
How long would you have to box/be good to go into the amateurs. I’m a beginner and I’ve been boxing for about 5 weeks, close to a month. I also consider myself pretty decent for being a beginner since I’ve fought in the past but mainly friendly fights.
I’m 34. 5’8” 157lbs. I feel physically healthy. Mentally strong. Looking to get into amateur boxing. Journey to pro. Thank you for questions and answers.
Coch ✋🏾where Iam from there no license because the federation has stopped during the revaluation what can I do as international amature fighter to get a license and participate on fights as un attached I can travel for it
I got fighter that about make big come back and hes going for Devin Haney Tank and Ryan Garcia u should do collaboration video with him hes not just rapper he been boxing since he was kid and making music type in gwopgetterfresh on youtube he already posted some videos calling them out
Look for another gym bro. $200 a month would be worth the investment to achieve high possibilities. If you truly want it. The USA boxing coach’s ain’t cheap. Most of them know there stuff but you have to observe your coach as well . Best of luck to ya.
I don’t like using different coaches because the most likely will not be training the same way but if that’s the only way to get five days a week maybe use one place just for the facility and stick with the coach you like
Hey coach I gotta question. How long should I train a day to become a elite boxer. I was considering 4-5 hours a day. Is that enough to win national tournaments and etc
It’s called beat it up boxing gym cuz it’s half a boxing gym and half an adult entertainment studio. Right after I’m done clapping some heads I like to shower then go clap some cheeks. I’m dodging punches and std’s all in the same place and I love it!!
