It's a balance, being the best you physically by eating balanced meals, drinking water, exercising, doing skin care, wearing signature perfumes, going to sleep on time, dressing in clothes and colors that accentuate your skin color, undertones, body shape and overall makes you look and feel your best, in my opinion, is almost as important as taking care of your 'energy', watching what enters your space, being confident, genuinely loving yourself, setting aside time for you and what you want, self-improvement.

why did you delete the last Video of sabandliz?! I wanted to see it so much. Don't let negative comments influence you. There are still people who enjoy watching the podcast and appreciate the happy side of you and are therefore looking forward to a positive video that can lift their mood. which doesn't always have to be so serious. You both let yourself be influenced by the negative, which is just incredibly disappointing. If you give up so quickly, you shouldn't even start with new ideas. I'm deeply sorry.
The part about “getting pretty for yourself” is so true 😭😭😭😭 I used to do my makeup and wear a cute outfit every day, even during quarantine when I never left the house lol. It made me feel SO confident and I always felt more motivated to do things/get things done! I’m finally getting back into that energy now, but for the past year or so I just didn’t treat myself like I was deserving of looking pretty. I started putting others first to the point of exhaustion (literally every second of every day I was people pleasing and stopped thinking about my own desires and importance) and compromised my own self-worth in the process. So, to anyone reading this, try to give yourself a little bit of time every day to do whatever makes you feel more confident and beautiful! No matter how you feel about yourself right now, trust me when I say that you are ALWAYS deserving of self-love and care, even if you don’t always believe it. I find people who have had this much plastic surgery very unsettling to look at. It's ironic to preach about confidence when how much surgery you've clearly had screams the exact opposite of confidence. A lot of the advice I've seen on how to be seductive are all about manipulation tactics and extreme narcissism, but this video is like the real deal. It really takes the inner effort and the love you put into yourself that makes you authentically seductive, not by playing games, those approaches are only temporary.

I get ready for college starting at 5am and my family think it's crazy and 'too much' but they don't realize that I am doing it for myself. I am extremely motivated to GO and Actually study. It is not 'only' about how we look when we are getting ready, I think it's mainly the way it makes us feel.
