One other thing I would add is to develop an attitude of gratitude - possibly by listing and contemplating on all the blessings in your life, maybe just a couple at a time. Peter I don't quite agree with you, you should listen to all possible variants, but you shouldn't allow yourself to be influenced by negative people. I think it sounds a bit better this way.
When I was twelve years old, I had some problems with self-confidence, and I felt like I was lost, so I did some stupid things resulting from a lack of self-confidence...and every teenager at this age can go through this period of his life in order to learn more about himself and develop his personality. Now I am fifteen years old, still in my teenage years, but my self-confidence today is high. I have learned a lot about myself since I was twelve, so please, reader, have confidence in yourself and your beauty, and know that one year can change a lot of a person. Thank you for your advice. Mist of the time I sleep 4 to 5 hours and you are right, I have to sleep at least 8 hours. I have to take a shower every day, honestly, I don't do that, but I will do it. I don't do exercise, I will find time to do so. Maybe I will buy a bicycle soon. I need to find the clothes that fit in me. Thank you Karolina! ❤

U R certainly a great influencer yourself, and U proved it here by sharing some sage and common sense advice about feeling and being beautiful(U truly R an old soul, Karolina, and I mean that in a good way, and U also said so yourself), something that too many adults struggle to follow. Loving oneself(without being narcissistic)and taking care of oneself is the key, and as for myself: daily showers, ✔️; getting enough hydration, ✔️; exercising, ✔️; eating right, well...I'm working on it, and I won't apologize for adding meat(which includes poultry and seafood)to my food intake once in a while; and getting enough sleep, I need to work on that as well. Sleep well is really important but it's possible only when there aren't big troubles. People who are depressed or ADHD, bipolar or other cannot sleep well.

Karolina is right about water. When I was in my 30's I weighed 125 lbs . I couldn't get enough water I was always thirsty. As a sandblaster and painter, in a sandblast yard. Flipping pipe sand blasting and painting them. I've done steeple jack work, Sandblasting out of sky climbers on the side of a smoke stack. I had six pack abs I was in the best shape of my life. Until I discovered that drinking something hot will quench my thirst. I was unaware that I was about to change, my metabolism. I no longer am thirsty and I don't even want any water all I want is coffee. I weigh 207 pounds now.
