I just found your videos on RU-vid for the first time in my life, and I can honestly say you are an absolute Godsend! It couldn't have come at a more crucial time in my life..... Even though I am a believer in Christ Jesus, I have led a very selfish live in my marriage. Lately I had a strong conviction from the Holy Spirit to change my ways. My marriage was at the brink when I found your videos about a month a ago. I have been prayerfully watching them I repenting of my self-centeredness and how badly I have treated my wife. Just watched a video called "How to Become One Soul" by MarriageToday. They're on a mission to help couples strengthen their relationships and overcome the challenges that threaten marriages today. It's a tough battle out there, but they're fighting it with all they've got! Really appreciate their efforts to raise the standard and give people hope.

I'm in love with my complete opposite of the woman I thought I could love. Recently we've been going through a rough patch and I feel like God is using the time to mature me and letting me grow as a Christian. I want to marry this woman but we want to hear from God and I'll admit I am scared to loose her please help me pray that we hear from God and what is his will for a marriage between me and her.

Just what I needed to hear. I'm single and want to marry. I have been blessed with much healing from the Lord and being prepared for a reciprocative relationship. God being Central and first. The only way a relationship can be successful is with Jesus being our guide cheering us on. I've been actively looking and waiting for him to find me. I've heard that the man was to pursue it's built in him by God.

I dont know what to do about my husband. If i try to talk to him about some thing he blows up and makes a big fight

How do you reconcile Matthew 19:4-6 with Matthew 19:9? How could Jesus first tell us that we are one flesh and what God has brought together let no one separate, and then oddly interject that you can divorce for adultery? Especially when we know that God hates divorce, and Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians 7 that the Lord says not to divorce and the only concession that Paul gives is if you married an unbeliever and they want to leave.

Please pray God convicts my husband from his lustfulness. He promises he doesn't purposely look for other women but I have caught him doing just this. He is crushing me and I can't take it any longer. Amen!

When Christ answered the question in Matthew 24, He answered with the Mosaic law, however He then told them there was no Godly reason for Divorce, He told them God HATES Divorce, Then He said, Let NO MAN put asunder That God had put together.

How can you say she’s not hearing from God when you don’t know what the marriage was like whether there was adultery or emotional or physical abuse? If she said she heard from the Lord to divorce her husband then I believe it was most likely adultery. He broke the covenant vows.

My husband divorce me .He said God told him to let me go. At first, I wanted to divorce him because he abandoned me for 10 years over his friends and so called pastor and wife and his friends quadriplegic.

Being very careful of every word, and being very nice while dating is called ACTING, not empathy. Acting nicer than you are, then you get married and stop pretending and become your real, selfish, personality. Jimmy was putting on a front, like most do, then his spouse learned who he REALLY was - before salvation and becoming a new creature, that is. All you single ladies keep that in mind. You’re never dating the real person, but an actor playing a role. Some have to pretend more than others, to cover up character flaws, but everyone does it to some extent. My wife’s best friend is a good example. She married a nice guy and IMMEDIATELY he became Dr. Jekyll - she discovered he was an angry alcoholic - but unlike many, she divorced him immediately the first time he hit her.

Not looking for justification, but does the "abuse" include the emotional/mental abuse suffered from a narcissistic personality? Everyone can see the obvious results of physical abuse, but not all know about the devastating affects of the overt or covert narcissistic personality.

Men: Haven't you ever wondered, if women are so wonderful and marriage is so great, why is there an entire industry built around helping you survive it, salvage it, repair it, and maintain it? And in exchange for what? Approximately 40-50% of first marriages end in divorce. The divorce rate for second marriages is approximately 60-67%. Approximately 70% of divorces are filed by the wife. The stats for professing Christians isn't much different. Would you buy a car that guzzled gas and needed expensive repairs every other day? Would you eat a handful of Skittles if you knew 70% of them were poisonous, but you couldn't tell by looking at them? If you have to work that hard to maintain or have a tolerable relationship, romantic or otherwise, with any other human being, are you getting a fair and equatable return on your investment? Just food for thought 🤔.

Some Scriptures about hell by Jesus himself and how not to go there: In Luke 16:19-31 Jesus describes a rich man that lived lavishly and a poor beggar man named Lazarus. It came to pass that Lazarus died and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom. The rich man died, was buried, then went to hell. 23 And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in TORMENT, saw Abraham afar off and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue, for I am tormented IN THIS FLAME. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that you in your lifetime received good things, and likewise Lazarus received evil things, but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 26 And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that they which would pass from hence to you can not, neither can they pass to us, and would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray you therefore father, that you would send him to my father’s house. 28 For I have 5 brothers that he may testify unto them, lest also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham said unto him, They have Moses and the prophets, let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay father Abraham, but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.” LOCATION OF HELL: Jesus said in Matthew 12:40, ”For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly, so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the HEART OF THE EARTH.” Paul said in Ephesians 4:9, ”Now that he ascended, was it but that he also DESCENDED into the LOWER PARTS OF THE EARTH.” HELL IS A PLACE OF FIRE: Jesus said in Luke 16:24,”….Father Abraham have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue for I am TORMENTED IN THIS FLAME.” Jesus said in Matthew 13:42,”And shall cast them into a FURNACE OF FIRE, there shall be WAILING AND GNASHING OF TEETH.” Jesus said in Matthew 25:41,”Then shall he also say to them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, INTO EVERLASTING FIRE, prepared for the devil and his angels.” Jesus said in Revelation 20:15,”And whosoever was not found written in the book of life, was CAST INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE.” HELL IS A PLACE OF TORMENT: Jesus said in Luke 16:23,”And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in TORMENT….” 24 …..for I am TORMENTED in this flame.” Jesus said in Revelation 14:11,”And the smoke of their TORMENT ascended up FOR EVER AND EVER, and they have no rest day or night….” Jesus said in Mark 9:45-46,”And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off, it is better for you to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the FIRE THAT NEVER SHALL BE QUENCHED. 46 Where their WORM DIES NOT, and the fire is not quenched.” Note that it doesn’t say “THE Worm”, it says “THEIR WORM” dies not. Jesus said in Revelation 21:8,”But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whore mongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns WITH FIRE AND BRIMSTONE, which is the second death.” Note that Brimstone is Sulfur and burns with a very strong odor of rotten eggs. The scriptures above prove when a person goes to hell they will constantly see hell, constantly smell hell, constantly feel the heat of hell, will constantly breath hell, will constantly hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth of others in hell, will constantly be aware of their own worms, they will have no rest day or night, there is no way out and it will continue for ever and ever, they can’t die because they are already dead. The following is how to not go there and it is a SIMPLE AND EASY thing to do: All of the book of Acts is what Jesus disciples said what we must to be SAVED - meaning not go to hell, which is repentance, water baptism in Jesus NAME, (Not the titles Father, Son, and Holy Ghost) and being baptized with the Holy Ghost. Jesus said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be SAVED, but he that believes not shall be damned." At about that same time He said in Matthew 28:19,"Go therefore and teach all nations BAPTIZING them in the name (SINGULAR name and not name's) OF the Father, and OF the Son, and OF the Holy Ghost." Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are titles and not names. Jesus disciples never used those words when they baptized anyone in water, nor did they use those words in one sentence regarding any other topic. Every time they said Jesus NAME at baptism which is Acts 2:38, Acts 8:14-18, Acts 8:38, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 16:15, Acts 16:33, Acts 18:7, Acts 18:8, Acts 19:3-5, and Acts 22:16. Jesus said in John 3:3-7,"Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man BE BORN AGAIN, he can not see the kingdom of God. 5 Verily, verily I say unto, Except a man be born of water AND of the Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 7 Marvel not that I say unto you, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN." Being born of water is being baptized in water which is for the REMISSION OF SINS - meaning the INITIAL remission of sins and not the confessing of sins later addressed in 1 John 1:9. Being born of the Spirit is being baptized with the Holy Ghost. What being baptized with the Holy Ghost means is addressed in Acts 2:3-4, (Pentecost), Acts 8:17, Acts 9:18, Acts 10:44-48, and Acts 19:3-5 - which is when the Spirit of Christ initially dwells in a person. Nowhere in Scripture does it say it happens any other way than that way. There is not one Scripture that says a person receives the Holy Ghost just because they are a believer. Paul said in Romans 8:9-11,”But you are not in the flesh, but in the spirit, if so be that the spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS." Numbers 23:19, ”God is not a man that he should lie, neither the son of man, that he should repent, has he said and shall he not do it? And shall he not make it good?” Malachi 3:6,”For I am the Lord, I change not...” Hebrews 13:8,”Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” That means there is no reason to think that Jesus will make an exception and save someone that has not been baptized in water in Jesus NAME, and has not been baptized with the Holy Ghost. If you are convinced you need to get baptized in water in Jesus Name do a search and type in "United Pentecostal Church International", scroll down to just below the red box, type in your zip code, a screen will show a Church near you that will do that. Jesus said John 10:27, ”My Sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”

Many people solely base their Salvation on what Jesus said in John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." Later after He rose from the dead and just before He ascended into heaven He said in Mark 16:16,"He that believes and is BAPTIZED shall be Saved, but he that believes not shall be damned." Paul said in Colossians 3:17,"And whatsoever you do in word or deed, do ALL in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by HIM." Paul said in Colossians 2:8-10,"Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwells ALL the fullness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And you are COMPLETE in him, which is the head of all principality and power." Also verse 12, "BURIED with him in BAPTISM, wherein also you are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who has raised him from the dead." The book of Acts is the most important book in the New Testament because all of it is what Jesus and his disciples said what we must do to be Saved, which is what Jesus meant in John 3:3-7, "Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man be born again, he can not enter into the kingdom of God. 5 Verily, verily I say unto you, Except a man be born of water AND the of Spirit, he can not enter into the kingdom of God. 7 Marvel not that I say unto you, YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN." Being born of water is being baptized in water in Jesus name - which is for the Remission of Sins (Acts 2:38).
