I know Stallone was not 197lbs in Rambo 2. He was 180lbs as admitted by Stallone himself ! He was probably about 170lbs in First Blood at a push. Stallone is quite short.
I think his height is disputed. He wears platforms in films and many people that have seen him in reality have stated he is a lot smaller in real life.
I disagree he was 197 lbs in Rambo 2. Stallone is not quite short he is 5 10. The average height in America is 5ft 9 how is he short? Several American actors of known heights have been photographed next to him in flat shoes and he is 5 10. Do you get anything out of making Sly any shorter than he really is? Does it make you more of a man? Whats this obsession with height in this country? Mike Tyson was 5-10 1/2 he was the toughest man in the toughest sport from 1986 to 1992 and he wasn't tall. Actually he was a 1/2 inch taller than Stallone.
@@crazee635 he's 5.8 or 1.73 cms,since Rocky 3 very ripped and defined,but not big as a bodybuilder. His weight was about 165/170 in First Blood and Rocky 3. Then up to 175/180 in Rambo 2, training with Franco. He got better for Rocky 4,but his peak was in Rambo 3,185 pounds with huge delts and wider back. I think that in Rambo 4 was bigger,about 190,with great neck,traps,back and forearms.
I never see guys doing this at the gym. Definitely gonna do this. You have to understand this guy is a legend and been through it all so he is the answer! RIP thank you mr Franco

In Stallone's book "Sly Moves" , he describes the insane training methods he did with Franco for Rocky 2....a maniacal bench press contest at the end of an intense training session in which Stallone blew out his pec...160 stitches with an operation which put an attachment cable through his shoulder bone....also Franco had Stallone on an all yogurt diet...the injury had Rocky switch to southpaw to cover it up for filming....brutal barbell training sessions in Franco's single car garage....there was no mention of light dumbell work....this incident ".....brought the curtain down on our working relationship "....later...for training for Rambo 2..Stallone makes no mention of Franco....he talks about fanatically overtraining morning ...noon and night..being obsessed with working out....his costars in one of the making of Rambo 2 mini documentaries said Stallone was a nut on the set...waking up super early.doing grueling workout sessions...shooting all day....and then hammering out another workout.....this does not sound like someone who was unmotivated or lazy in any way trying to get out of workouts like Franco was implying...anyway....I've always been a huge Franco fan and this is a fantastic tutorial on dumbell workouts...

I do this workout 3 times a week at home and all the exercises in one session it takes over 3 hours. I have had serious gains and especially combined with a good diet 💪
hope someone can advise - So what would an entire daily workout entail? Can anyone lay it our for me - I'm sure you don't do all these exercises each day. I'd like a routine I can use daily. thanks
I may have missed this but regarding the workout schedule, how many sets and reps do you do? (Is it 2 sets of 10 reps?) Also how long should the break be between the sets. Its a killer workout either way.
So when he says "Rambo 1", is he referring to First Blood? '82 was the year Sly transformed into extremely ripped in both First Blood and Rocky III. Not only his best look, but the perfect physique in my opinion. Kudos to you, Franco!
Dianabol no way because makes water retention....He took definition steroids,but we don't know exactly his cycle....Arnold and Franco used for definition a lot of primobolan and winstrol in their competitive years.
but there is one thing iwant to mr franco explain it -sly was have the same body in rocky3 and mr franco said we train to rambo2 rambo2 produced in 1985 and rocky 3 was in 1982.
