How can one get the paddle you are using in this video? I really love it and can’t find it

If I may humbly disagree on the backhand (or at least another POV)--I notice even some better players do what you recommend on the backhand and the ball comes weak off the paddle. If I have time, I rotate the paddle (~30 deg) and also flip my wrist. The ball comes off much quicker/more powerful, taking away time from the opponent.
