How to boil water, the one stick fire challenge
I was tagged simultaneously by these two gentlemen.

the rules are simple:
Only one stick
Knife saw firesteel can be used.
But birch or pine are not allowed and you should be able to bring water to a boil.

Inderdaad werkte perfect,snel en heet ging dat vuur. Voorbereiding is hier het sleutelwoord,en met de perfecte omstandigheden kon er niet veel mis gaan. Geen berk en den was de regel en gelukkig had ik dit stuk met tondel voor me liggen. Groeten Steve.

Rolling boil! Challenge geslaagd Steve. Handig gebruik gemaakt van wat de stok je bood ook. Dit is er één om te onthouden. Welke stove gebruik je hier eigenlijk? lijkt me een handig ding om mee te nemen op tochten, lijkt een beetje op zo'n oprol stove ;-)

ik was een soort gelijke stove aan het maken,een buis dat ik in een paar stukken doen en meenemen. tot ik op het idee kwam om een windscherm te nemen ,en heb wat simpele dingen aangepast. nadeel,met de eerste inwijding is het metaal krom getrokken in de vorm die hij had,als gevolg,dat het steeds wat gebogen blijft staan

I think it helped,I did a small configuration on the stove to maximize the airflow as well,this is actually a wind breaker ,but very light weight. Hope your alright overthere

Bedankt Hans,ik vond dit stuk,en het was al perfect om mee te beginnen,lekker droog en de bast was perfect om het vuur al op te starten. De stove is niet oprolbaar,het is normaal een windscherm. Bestaat uit 4 stukken die je in een bescherm zakje stopt,enige nadeel was na het eerste vuur was het al wat krom getrokken,maar werkt prima
