1. Does the hire charges begin right away from the time you place the booking or does it start only when your journey begins? 2. Any extra charges for Airport travel luggage/ Bags of grocery shopping etc 3. Procedure if charged for cancelling a ride.

It is 4 persons in Micro/mini ...the fare charge is for all people ..i.e if shown fare is 100 Rs for example, then one carry 3 more passengers with him in the same micro/mini ride ....In prime , one can carry 5 and in sedan , one can carry 6 passengers....

Randomly reached on this video while watching something else. Watching this video 5 years after making of it and the creator was saying that young people can easily do this but old cannot but even today even after being a young person 😁 but not travelling much anywhere using ola and uber because of less travelling and also because I have all other alternatives like own bike for shorter rides and public transport as well as own car for long travel with family. Personally Don't prefer Ola or uber ..also because of work from home never needed to travel....thanks for wfh and public transport for saving travel costs..thanks for reading 🙏
I enter my pickup location, but app location shows some other address. Should I correct it or leave it to 'location on' before entering my drop location.? If I try to correct pich up address, then drop location red dot doesn't appear.

Not clear what to do after I see OTP on my screen. Will the driver call me and ask for OTP or am I supposed to type the OTP on another screen? Please clarify.
Once you meet the driver , he will ask you for the OTP ....only when he feeds the OTP in his system he can start the ride , so OTP is critical to register and start the ride for the driver else he cant start the ride

Both are good , i like uber more because cancellation is less in Uber and it is more professional and also there is no OTP hassle but check rates in both before proceeding to book either one
