That's right! you can book for your visa biometric appointment yourself. You can also also upload your scanned documents to UKVI. On this video, I shared How To do all of these from anywhere. This is a step-by-step process you can do online with any device (mobile phone, laptop, desktop etc).

Hello Jemima, thanks for the videos. I just subscribed. I will like to know, when you applied for your parents, did the fill the form seperately or used this same portal. We are trying to apply as a couple and i am stuck on the biometric part, do we have to do seperate biometrics, do we have to use different portals for application? These are my questiions. I hope you get to see this on time . Thanks

Yes. You have to apply separately like create separate accounts from the start of things. Different portal? I don’t get that question But from my experience, You both have to use different email to apply for the visa before you can then sign in differently to book for biometrics if that makes sense

Sure especially if it is UK The process is easy, the universities website are user friendly On the other hand some universities have agent that they liaise with. so you using the agent you won’t pay the agent a dime.

Which category should land or property docs be placed. Would u suggest to attach my pictures of my uncompleted building even though it is fenced, tiled, roofed, water closet and sink etc fixed

A land document or ownership as far as I know do not carry the state of the building. It only shows you own the land

Hello Jemima, please i have not been able to get a mail from TLS be it account creation mail or booking confirmation. Have sent an email to them regarding this but i also noticed i didnt get an auto response mail. Now am m guessing i must have clicked no email or sms while filling the form. Please, how do i go about this

I am unsure how it would have been possible that you clicked no email Because the question would have been asked twice You can try creating an account with TLS using your UKVI ref number. You might be lucky

Try to sign in again to the UKVi website. The link to access that page will be in the email address you started the application with

I don’t understand your question either. You should have gotten an email from UKVI that you have made payment. There should be something like click continue Or you sign in to TLS website with your reference number you got after payment

I made payment for tls the payment said successfully and I got debited But I have received a confirmation email and I wasn’t redirected to where I can upload my documents

That’s what I’m experiencing too, I’m trying to book my biometric, I didn’t choose any TLS service but they’re saying I have to pay £76.50 for UKVI user pay, and I’m confused at this stage now

@@xofieo7796 Apparently the fee is included in your cart if you pick VI Lagos as your biometric center. I literally had to cancel my application and request for a refund. I will reapply after I receive my refund. Ikeja is free for biometrics.
