I take omega 3 now and flax seeds at dinner time. I put flax seeds in both meals. I love apricots and olives and cook everything in olive oil and try to eat sardines and salmon more. I notice my body is getting it's curvy and vulmptous look back that it had in my early 30s. 😊
soak your ground flax seed over night and add this slimy seeds to your cereal and you can even put it on porridge. better to soak it. you will see why and don't drain it.
This is very informative. As an estrogen dominant woman in my late 50’s who got a breast cancer diagnosis yesterday. I am trying avoid estrogen and find foods that will nourish me yet not feed the cancer. I am not in favor of the Estrogen blockers OR the Progesterone they are talking about putting me on. I mean -we have a greenhouse 3 garden beds and I grow my own food and drink filtered water. I did not take chemo-radiation or any other drugs when I had stage 4 melanoma. That was in 2000. I think buying myself 22 extra years says it all.
I have a question, what vegetables did you consume to feed yourself and not feed the estrogen? I can’t find any information on what foods to eat instead of what NOT to eat. I am ready to give up.
There's different types of estrogens. Also, they believe the phyto-estrogens in foods like soy & flax actually help prevent estrogen cancers, because they take the place of bad estrogens. Look up studies of phytoestrogens.
This proves that the powers that be want to kill us through population control and one form of control is through toxic foods and these esteemed institutions pushing a false narrative that prescription is the answer for everything.

No mention of some breast cancer is profoundly effected by estrogen. I am on a very expensive medication to eliminate estrogens from my system. Dr prescribed. It takes forever to shop nearly every product to see if there is soy. it’s in everything! I don’t want this cancer to come back. Suggestions? I now must avoid much more.
Stop eating things in boxes and cans. I had a heart attack. 55 year old woman. The only risk factor I had was high ldl. I quit eating al refined carbohydrates and things in boxes.
Cancer doesn't exist baby; nature beat it very well. Just take time; cook your own meal everyday; eat healthy; stop using junk food; stop sugar forever and use honey; reduce salt; eat vegetables and fruits; pray and meditate no sickness will stand on your way until your last breath
@Anna smith Thanks for the suggestions. You are correct. I do grow container plants. Still harvesting carrots even yet. But other normal food products or hard to shop for on a small Island. I buy organic oats , flour and grains. Am eating simple. Use coconut and olive oil. Have limited income. Thanks for your supportive message. Happy Holidays.

Also search on same but ‘to prevent estrogen driven cancer.’ From quick search: Nutrition (lots of info online)* Sleep Eat more fiber (takes excess estrogen out) Lose excess body fat (fat holds estrogen) Decrease stress (reduces cortisol) Ditch caffeine (affects estrogen levels) * Magnesium and B vitamins key in estrogen metabolism. Lists of foods high in them online incl leafy greens and cruciferous veg, collard greens, bok choy, and mushrooms etc. Lots more info online and easy to find. You could not sound more uneducated. Men have estrogen, and need it to function well. They have more testosterone than estrogen, but it is necessary. Your body should produce plenty, but I’m really just saying anything cause you sound very ignorent and judgmental. Like one of those guys that mocks a dude for eating a fruit, or crossing their legs
You would have to consume a very large amount of soy for it to become 'terrible for a woman.' Asians consume a lot of soy and their cancer rates are very low.
