Hey , I really appreciate this video , but I am currently struggling on the pre turn . Is there any drills I can follow to make me get comfortable with this action? . Unfortunately I don’t have any social media (apart from RU-vid I guess) therefore I can’t message the coach myself. I will highly appreciate if you can somehow answer my question within a comment.
Sir plz help me , my heart say me I can produce 100 mile per hour pace my age is 24 , I am side on bowler , I start a thing in bowling when I feel my front foot land then I pull non bowling arm with to much power toward ribs , I feel when front foot first land then produce more pace , it's wrong or right?
