This man is 500% correct. This method of starting the fire has never failed me once. Thank you so much for the knowledge and teaching me how to properly start a fire. I've now become the trusted braai master. People now trust me to start the fire.😁😁😁 Keep up the great work!!!
The African Afrikaaner man said "keyaleboha" , the African Nguni man reply "baie dankie". that's the South Africa we wanna build just that the politic is disturbing us.
This looks similar to what we call "having a cook-out" or "grilling out" in my part of the USA. My parks just have little metal cooking stations instead of the fancy brick ones like you have. Looks really good. Cheers.
I have little metal cooking stations, portable type, like the one in my first "Braai Video" I must still do a "braai on the ground video." Will get there one day. Hope to have a braai with you one day! Thanks
I'm in South Africa. When I was a child, at home we would incidentally always braai at a spot on the ground, in the back yard. The wood would be next to each other, upright, like a pyramid. Inside was newspaper, and dried grass (if there was dried grass). When the wood burnt away, it would collapse into the middle of the fire. My father had a fancy and usual tripod grill. It consisted of three legs, which one opened out. There was an almost triangular grill that one opened, suspended on three thick wires that joined at the top of the tripod. One wire went through the top, and was attached to a loop. When turning over the grill, one would lift the loop.
Cool but you in Italy got some great foodi out there. Them I talian sausages are supa dupa ooey gooey. Teach us how to cook them the Italian way. My mouth is getting watery thinking I could get pizza bread, sausages and toppings. Mae mae mae with some pineapple sweet tea.
I'm in South Africa. My father incidentally said that a good braai tip, is to have the meat cooked through on one side, and then turn it over. That is, only turn the meat over once.
Hi, I agree, there are many mistakes, it try to make is better every time. There was no planing, no scrip. Just 3 cameras on and filming. Will do that next time.. Kind regards Hendri
Hi, I can't remember, make another braai video( and plan it before hand, with all the input i have received for this and other braai video's) Thanks for watching. Regards Hendri
