Great job! Worked for my kids glove. Used 110C, which is 230F for 3 minutes. Repeated couple of times and it closes like a charm. I also recommend to open and close it constantly for about 10-15 minutes right after you took it from the oven.

Pro tip: If you want to bake your glove but are too sketched out about actually putting it in your oven in the kitchen, but don't have a skate oven, If you have a clothes dryer you're fine. Most skate ovens range from about 150° to 200°F. Most home clothes dryers on high setting are around 175°F. I put my gloves in a small dryer bag and throw them in the dryer with a bunch of clothes and run it on high. The glove gets nice and hot but not too hot that it would be damaged at all.👍🏼...... You don't really need to put clothes in with it. I only do that to silence it from bouncing around the dryer drum.

Probably. But the average person probably doesn't have access to a sauna at home.

As many times as you'd like until it breaks in and starts to become easier to close. I'll keep it tied overnight and repeat it maybe once or twice more depending on how it's coming along.
