Dolph Lundgren is a Kyokushin Karate black belt. Literally the most practical form of Karate and the strongest. So he is showing basic self-defense techniques in Kyokushin Karate.

I never ate well, my mother could not cook and I am not too much into that subject. But now I am much better since following some advice of Dr. Berg. But still cannot totally give up sugar.
