DUDE I LOVE THIS VIDEO. ME AND TWO FRIENDS LITERALLY PRACTICED THIS IMMEDIATELY AFTER SEEING IT. ALL OF OUR WINDMILLS GOT SUPER HIGH INSTANTLY. WE GOT FOREARMS AND GOT MAD PROGRESS ON BARRELS!! MAD PROPS DUDE LOVE YOU!!!
This is a reply to hitting you legs on the ground. When I was first learning and had that problem I found out that I needed to keep my legs as wide as I could. I thought I was at first but not until I focused on it that I got it. When you focus on keeping your legs wide it really helps to keep them high and not hit the ground.
man seriously thanks I already got my head mills and I made a combo by accident haha I passed from a windmill to a heapspin now I see why it is beneficial
I purchased your windmill guide 3 months ago, and this is one of the clip from the guide, but that's beside the point. I pretty much started windmill 4 months ago, and now I have my no-hands windmill down, but i'm still not sure if my mills are clean just yet. Should I put up a video response, so you can critique my windmill? That would be helpful. Thanks for your tutorial.
wow man your form is godly. do you have any tips on keeping legs really wide and straight? mine always seem to bend and are not as wide even tho i stretch a lot
@kungchila90 Do what he says just keep your head on the floor at all times. I have a vid on my page not a tutorial. Pancakes and Magnet mills are different one uses shoulder torque and the concept of keeping your head on the ground, and this method in the vid is using the pancake method which is good for transitioning into halos and windmill headspin variation.

@rhys211 I cant help you get over fear u cant get into breaking if you get scared... U just gotta push thru it till ur used to it... Its repitition... Majority of moves r kinda scary at first
Remedy, I have a question for headmills (again). I'm wondering if my head has to touch the ground at all times, and how exactly to gain height other than just 'leaning forward'. And do I have to use the 'hip bounce' to get back to stab/push (nostab) during headmills? My problem is that I can do 1 headmill and I end up in a turtle stab position (I'm really low), then my hips are too low and my right leg (I'm CW) ends up being too low to be able to re-kick for a second headmill.
yoyoyo i have a question. when i do headmills, is it ok if i make a lot of noise when i do them? example: "hitting" my head on the ground, or rolling to my back? :o
okay so I got stabbed mills down easy, but I'm just not understanding the "bounce" concept :(. When you're bouncing, are you bouncing and bringing your right leg towards your face while having left leg sweep at the same time, OR do you just bounce and you're automatically on the second rotation. Also, I don't really know how to bounce. Do you just thrust your hips up like your air humping something, or do you sort of ignore your hip and just bring your legs down. Srry if I'm sounding confusing
i cant seem to do continous ones..i have trouble not touching the floor with my leg..also its very hard for me to lean forward like u said to do...please reply and help...
hey i need help w/ my windmills. everytime i windmill its like all over the place, not in just one area. like when you do your windmills at 0:27 , it pretty much stays in one place. when i do it everytime i restab its always somewhere else, like 1-2 feet from original spot :(
@kungchila90 haha im workin on them too. something small is wrong wit mine cuz i only lose contact for a small amount of time. someone told me not to tuck in ur chin and instead look a little up.
u dont happen to know how to magnet or neckmove do you? cause i have noticed for those, you shouldnt be bouncing beacause you ll be rolling hella fast. and im trying to change my habit, like your, not to bring my legs near my face but rather out. a little tricky and hard concept. but if you have any clue on magnets, let me know. thanks
