thanks vincent. I'm a big guy I weigh over 230 pounds and this is really helping me learn windmills and the real coin drop. this is actually my favorite move.
Today I have a easy version of the coin drop. It is a way that you can use to introduce yourself to a windmill, and also a fresh technique that you can use in your footwork & flows. This coin drop is also a stepping stone into doing a real coin drop. I apologies for the wobbliness as I was teaching this move on a uneven rock surface. But I want to ask you what one move is that I saw on a commercial but I don't what it's called, it's where someone steps on one foot and jumps up with the other and when your in the air, you're sideways you do a 360 and then land on the opposite foot you step with to take off??
Can you show us the proper breathing technique used when dancing? I always do a set when battling and am beat and out of breath... How do you avoid this? Thanks for all you do for the Bboy community!
