while i running i use second technique that i breathe in from nose and breath out from mouth but after a while about 500~600 meters I feel inflammation in my nose and lungs and i feel so tired...

And these breathing techniques have been really helpful and my favorite advice of yours will always be how you teach running form, it my go too if i needed to reset myself cadence check my steps 😊. Coach Nate here, good luck! Remember when you're running hard enough try to breathe however which way works best for you in the moment. The best way to make improvements to your breathing is through your daily running at lower intensities. Small changes over time go a long way.
