Hello. Thanks for the video. Please explain to me how much to breathe while swimming. You say exhaled, 60-80% capacity, there is not much to argue about, but how much to inhale? Breathe into the lungs as you normally do when walking (let's say it's 100%)? Or fully inflated lungs (200%)? Thank you for any answer.
Such an amazing question! If we consider 100 % is the normal rate for walking, then you shouldn’t inhale more than 100 % when swimming. Reason #1. You would come up for air every 2-4 seconds Reason #2. Fully inflated lungs requires more effort from your diaphragm, thus increasing the heart rate
