I do want to make a better pour-over coffee. I like the video.

Is this method the same for the v60 as the flat bottom brewer you are using?

How much coffee and water/ration do I use for the larger pour over product you sell? I bought the whole kit (with the scale) and am trying to find on Fellow's website how much the ratio is for 40 grams of coffee vs 20 grams of coffee.

What are the Ode Gen2 grinder settings for medium roast specialty coffee? What number should I start with?

Do you prefer pour over or French press?
