except they might, at best, get you ct1. hardly worth the investment. i'm still waiting to see how pheonix performs without datacrons before making any assumptions on that end game team.
@@theotherguy6155 I'm not talking about endgame. They're absolutely destroying in early to midgame. And a team that can full auto Vader with the right Datacron will still be useful without it.
Something most older players don't think about anymore is ship omegas. But ship omegas are a crunch for a long time if you pay attention to fleets. I've been playing mostly f2p for 2.5 years (I couldn't resist the lightspeed bundles), have all the fleets operational except profundity, and am still living hand to mouth on ship omegas. I know they come from other sources like events, but that isn't enough to sustain the rate at which you acquire ships. The only real way to supplement that resource is farming sector 5 fleet nodes, i.e. the much needed mk 6 medpacs and mk 8 security scanners. Just something to consider that may make those nodes more appealing over farming furnaces forever. Especially since you can get furnaces from mk2 raid currency pretty decently but can't get the purple pieces nearly as well elsewhere since GET1 is a more limited resource and the shard shop store is so inconsistent. Eventually, though, you will max all the ships and begin to build up an excess of ship omegas, and then furnaces will be the obvious move for the rest of your life. But again, that hasn't happened to me yet after 2.5 years.
That is a great point that I didn’t even think of! It’s true, as an end gamer I pretty much don’t ever notice those mats anywhere, and honestly if you asked me I would not have been able to tell you that they are farmed on those nodes. Lol!
Hey man great video. Just as another source for the injector salvages, they’re also dropped from every galactic challenge red box. If you’re able to get those that’s 40 extra a month. it’s a bit more random but alongside the assault battles and buying with GET2 it usually solves itself. It’s also useful to buy the injector salvages and the G12 and G12+ pieces out of the conquest Jawa store instead of sinking the currency in relic mats which are overpriced.
I've needed this video as I'm close to unlocking Rey and I'm not going to stop farming Leviathan as I need 26 more fury class shards. So now I'm double farming and need to get BB8 up to G13
Every one who bought the ray package is in the same situation as u are....well atleast 98percent....some might have the zetas mods etc gear needed. But cg new what they where doing
Thanks for the video. I started the game waaay too late and I’m really kicking myself. I’m pulling my hair out, all the farming for g13, relics and mods drives me crazy. I’m playing 3x a day and spending money.
Amazing video, I've pretty newish to the game and I've struggled immensely with trying different ways to grind gear pieces. This helped me so much and I have a good grasp on what to farm and how to farm it, thank you!
That's a lot of data for me from un-updated source. In theory this all seems nice, but in a real life as a F2P player I will buy or farm what I need right now. No hoarding included. Example: I want Executor and it's top priority on my farming list. So I need to get my Admiral Piett up to Relic 8. I have him G12 = all of my blue (Fleet) and yellow (LS/DS) energy will go into him. I will buy most of the resources from the shop as I see them but only for that exact item I need and I already farming it. And my Cantina energy is free for farming signal data. As I get him to G13, then I will invest all of my blue and yellow and shop currency to relic materials I will need. This heavy-focusing on farming just one character suits me well and it's much quicker than hoarding materials for all of the characters because it's benefical and because numbers says that. @@songeta Yeah it helps to know which ones are the most efficient ones to farm. On my spare energy I was farming fusion furnaces indeed they also used for gyrda.
Has anyone else noticed searching for a gear piece doesn't work anymore. Like I was looking for carbs and searched through the "find" feature and all that showed were weekly shipment options for crystals. I was going to buy credits with mk1 raid currency and the cheap pack of carbs were right there. Scrolled down and a 70 pack was available too. Has to be related to the "wip" bug.
Maybe I can make you a spreadsheet for you because I have seen this 3 times and still forget. I think the key for me is G12 primary and support pieces from Shard Shop. G12+ pieces from fleet nodes (furnace specifically), GET2, and Raid MK2. Kyros from Championship currency. Finishers from assult battles, but if you are not getting enough use GET2 or Championship currency.
I watched the entire video but so little applied to me, I don't use HC (obvs), I am using all guild 2 for Wampa, I am using the arena ones for kyrotech (always will), and I have to maximize my energy to farm shards, so I cannot even farm them, so the suggestion "not use shards tokens" I cannot follow, since it's mostly one of the main sources for me
Higher fleet nodes drop ship omegas. You may not need them but that is not the case os a great number of people watching this. Early game, conquest currency for finishers. You must have forgotten.
Have so many gear 12 and just can’t seem to get the gear I need ever. Have to save up 2k shards to buy the gear to finish the power cell. Then when farming from nodes get 1 or 2 -.-
Mildly related question, I recently got to 4 mil so I ran hard conquest for the 1st time. Right now I'm sitting just before 3rd crate, do you think it's worth stopping now and just farming datacron materials and taking the extra injector salvage or should I go past the 3rd crate and get the extra mod and relic materials?
..is this a good method any feed back.....Ive been always. Getting my core pieces purple 360 from sharf shop and some gold 360. ...then from get2 main pieces.....and i just farm the finished pieces or get them from conquest.....is this a good nethod......
Great vid Songeta! Farming the G12+ gold pieces with fleet energy looks great because of the extra BW scrap pieces in the node like you mentioned, but I'm far too strapped on Medpacs and Nubian scanners, so I actually spend all my fleet energy on those purple gear piece nodes. Sucks to miss out on the BW scrap pieces, but I guess you just gotta work with your bottlenecks, right?
Shard shop .!!!!! All u need.... I buy all purple gear from here !!!!! And then i use my other currency mk2 for the main pieces!!!?? Songeta how is that theory does this way plan out ok !!??? Buy the 3 purple pieces here and some gold (360) pieces only....and the main pieces get with get 2 currency
