I was unable to have technically talented people even listen to me. But as soon as I have grown as an entrepreneur, they are increasingly willing to join me. Just keep sending invitations to the tech guys you know. You will be surprised to know how many of them are dreaming of becoming a part of something meaningful, of some project with risk, chaos and innovation, where everything's possible, and everything's at stake.

I have a similar concern. But I guess people are simply too lazy to do anything about it even if they go on and "steal" your idea (of course it depends on the idea).
Agreed, I need founder who is capable/expert what I am looking for. Mostly I find a people who are interested help but not having the expertise needed to help.
