THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SIS !! THIS HELPED, I recently had got a quantity deal on wish for a cheap wig and I wanted to make it wavy and curly (because wish is a little cheap... ) this method really helps to make the wig look like it was from a professional wig website.
Another tip….. you can get a small ziplock bag and put the leave in conditioner on the sides and put the hair in and put it in a hot bowl of water or pot of water and let it sit for 30mins in the bag and let it air dry 🥰
Thank you I'm going to try that because I just got this week from Amazon I usually get it from the same place but I must have got a bad batch this time because my hair is dry and thirsty and I'm trying to get that wet look.
I need help.... i wash my human hair wig it matts!!! I have no idea why. I use shea wig shampoo and a conditioner. I spent hours detangling my wig. Is there anything i can do to restore it or is it done now and will matt after ever wash
That’s not only dirt being removed that's color from the process. Looks like products that were being used in the wig so that is definitely product buildup too. a lot of people have to understand there’s a difference between being dirty and product products built up. I haven’t really found a hair that is not processed yet if you notice you can soak this hair in warm water with no product and you will see a difference in the color of the water so yes it may be dirt but it also is removing some of the color being processed into the wig
I did this to my full fluffy kinky curly wig. : ( Now I have a straight not full, kinky or curly wig. I just braided it and added rollers I hope it will return. I wish I'd never done this process.
Good lord you performed a miracle I haven’t him in here I’ll try and daily and it’s doing good and I noticed the crown is extremely dry and frizzy in the bank is mad and sad took the time in the tangled in Conway all the pieces and it’s good but how do I keep it moisturized on the top in the very back hopefully I’ll check out some videos and this will help thank you
I did two of my wigs one was a $300 body wave HD lace wig 28 inch it came out tangled and I had to cut some of the hair. I also did my $450 Swiss lace 26 inch straight wig and when I took it out the pot after 15 minutes the lace was totally destroyed and as soon as I tried to brush it it ripped. Ruined my whole wig smh
That’s crazy cause all I did was put my hair in hot water & conditoner then shampooed & conditioned 🤔 so I don’t understand why yours came out the way it did.
Yes just use fabric softener and boil it ( while braided for this curl pattern) and it’ll look nice and shiny again. I did this before with one of my synthetic wigs
Human, but you can do this same method with synthetic hair too except for the castor oil and conditioner substitute those for a fabric softener if it’s synthetic
Oh my God I was about to throw up yo I got to go she actually reuse that dirty water are you killing me instead of having another pot with clean water on standby
