Yes! I was raised to dine silently at the table until I was finished with my food. Later on, I started talking with friends and acquaintances during meals, but I eventually realised it felt so disruptive to my experience and I reverted to silence and even smiling.💚

that's so true!when i learned in 2018 about habit formation in 66 days,I didn't believe it,but since 2018 I DAILY give myself to do list and I tick off each and every task(except when I am sick,or very low and disturbed because of some circumstances). It's a magic for a person like me,who was never able to tick off her tasks no matter how much I tried. Habit i wanted to adopt was to tick off every task mentioned in my to do list. :) Magic!
I started trying to eat mindfully & thinking to learn piano. I used to feel the same I am not good enough to learn music, but always wanted to learn music. Just gonna try this year for sure.

Hello! From what I have learned doing Brahmari you should cover your eyes, ears, nostrils and mouth with your fingers while exhaling (and humming). But this is an advanced breathing technique that should be approached with care and under supervision. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I think the talking fast is an Indian thing cos that's my BIGGEST issue when communicating, no matter what the language is. The speed and mumbling (to me I'm clear😁) But whenever I try to talk slower I feel like I'm taking the mick and it's way too slow.😪😪
