The bus bars I have in my EEL battery pack are with no nuts, screws, bolts . It's a straight aluminum plate. The wire is connected with the bus bars with a solder joint which is quite a weak joint, after every 2 _3 days one of the wire connections break. Neither can we we solder it with a soldering iron(because Aluminum has a property of heat sinking)nor can we spot weld it. Please give us an optimal solution for this. It's such a big problem we are facing with our EEL battery.

Also if anything happens, wire resistance high error occurs, also JK BMS is showing probably false readings since our battery was showing 98 Percent remaining battery on our BMS mobile app but in actual it was not 98%, it was far below that

Why isn't there a fuse in the case? A DC automat 250A, which could also be operated from the front, would be best.

The tightening torque of 6Nm seems to be too high. Are you sure this is the case?

This BMS can perfectly shake hands with Victron inverter. You only need to select Victron under CAN protocol on the host computer.
