Yeah dude that TSR setup is legit, you are going to have an entirely new hot rod once you’re done & dialed in! Can always ask TSR for suggestions in regards to the install & what you need to do, they are super helpful!
leaf springs all the way. my chevyll went a 1.21 60ft with caltrac split mono springs and bars, Viking warrior shocks on rear and Viking struts on the front, also with an anti-roll bar. what you're doing should work very well. hope to see you at the track next year(coles county).
Man leaf springs definitely can get the job done. I honestly wish I went that route instead of what I have now. Come say hi next year At Cole’s. I’ll definitely be there, love that track
Sounds like a plan, but you need to upgrade that cage, too, to be legal faster than 5.45. Needs to be all chrom moly, too. Also, you need a better anti roll bar and I'd do a wishbone, instead of that panhard bar, too.
Yeah I considered that. But there are some other issues with them also they are torn up from hitting the frame on the front and other issues. I just want new ones all the way around
Before you spend all that money… try moving up 1 hole on the reared side. It should give you less anti squat. and hit the tire a little softer( still the shocks full tight). It won’t cost you a dime to try.. then buy all of that nice stuff..
If you move your shocks up. It will fix your ride height problems. I’m talking about one of the your 4 link bars ( it only has 2 holes on the rearend side). The shock and the bar I’m talking about move independently. I can see that you had it in the hole I’m taking about. But, you have to move the shocks up by themselves. Go to 6:12 to see what I’m talking about@@Rev2lateRacing
