If I made this into a series would you guys prefer me to keep it shorter around 8-12 mins or longer (but more detailed) around 15-20 mins?

I really fell out of love with bodybuilding type workouts like this a few years ago, I tried everything in between CrossFit, circuits, running, callisthenics etc I stumbled across Mike’s channel on RU-vid and he’s got me back into lifting again. Cheers mate.

I like these longer videos because you can fully see how someone starts and how they finish. You can watch the form change and how they progress during different movements.

Definitely make this a series! Would love to see something like this on every body part. It is VERY illuminating to see your proper form compared to someone who knows how to lift, but their form is just slightly off (versus you trying to show what bad form looks like yourself). A+ content!

The shrug video would be epic. I feel like there is more to shrugs then just shruging. I would like id you could explain everyrhing like how much should we lift, the rep range and the form aswell. Nice video btw!

Yo wassup Mike.. im also Mike 🤙🏻 21 years old and new to weight lifting, I’m about 8 months in and making pretty decent gains. Your videos help a bunch Mann, I train with a partner now and again I’ll be sure to be getting him to help with those extra reps from now on, I’ve never put much thought in to it before to be honest. Honestly one of the best PT RU-vidrs in my opinion. Most understandable and relatable. Looking in to joining one of your programmes.. probably after Christmas now. I look forward to get in to contact and getting shredded! ,

Great video Mike, i'm gonna try out this workout, love the small tips you provide and overall the commentary of the video. I can understand that you're unsure if you should make this video series shorter, please don't do that as this is would probably make it harder to fit in all the things i mentioned before that i liked about the it. Keep up the good work, you have provided me with many good excercises and rule of thumb that i use daily!

Excellent video Mike. You definitely should make it into a video series. Would be good to work the grip strength a little more though and use less straps. Can understand why you are choosing to use them though. Focusing on the exercise rather than the grip.

Great video...picked up many really useful tips. Shorter video's would not provide the same level of detail...as they say, the devil is in the details! Haven;t found anything of this quality on RU-vid, apart from say Mike O'Hearn. Brill.

Hey Mike, you had kept your head down when you were deadlift however in another video you tell us to keep the heads up when we squat. Please tell us some feedback about it!

Low back issues? Work glutes/hamstrings. Start light weight, after 4th day in 2 weeks start going harder and kill it. My back healed incredibly fast once my glutes got bigger. Back extensions twice a week
