December 2023 - the intensity should come from the founder - have days since launch. Every day you are counting until you make it happen and make it - every day matters. Every hour matters - starting a company is so irrational you have to ask “does this person have a non zero probability of changing the world” - as a founder you have to have 10 basis points in some dimension (greatest sales person, smartest person, hardest working, ability to assess talent) - in some cases good founders are bad employees (ex of person who was bad employee but great founder) - you have to go to the office to learn about the company (what time do people show up, how hard are they working, etc) - the company needs to be 9-9-6, meaning people work 9am - 9pm 6 days a week - to do that, ask your friends to give everything they like about you. 📌 TA is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major stocks you tubers just look at pure TA and completely Ignore the bigger narrative of why stock Is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems.
