Here’s the thing the helmet I made for my T 60 power armor is a T 45 helmet. I just chose the T 45 because it was slightly easier shapes and I wasn’t as motivated to make fallout armor as I am right now but that is a good tutorial for the T 45 helmet

Typically you have to keep in mind that each helmet might be bulkier than the last, for example, power armor how much are usually larger, so I just keep that in mind while drawing of the pieces on the cardboard, I usually use the visor as to scale because you can match that to your eyeballs and then go everything around that after
