Polytunnels, Greenhouses and Polyhouses can prove to be an expensive purchase so why not consider building your own! This will allow you to build to your own design and budget and give you the flexibility to work within your own timeframe.
In this video I show you how I constructed a timber framed, 5 metre long by 3.5m wide x 2.4m high Polyhouse for approximately £300 (circa $400 USD). This included all of the timber and the polythene cover. You will see that I also used some pallet timber and other materials that were of no cost in order to make the build as economical as possible.
In the video I also share some of the lessons I learned during the build and show you a few additional things that are still needed in order to complete the build. Even if you do not follow my design exactly I'm hoping that you will find many useful tips and tricks that you can use for your own new Polytunnel, Greenhouse or Polyhouse.
This channel will help you to learn new techniques for growing fruit and vegetable in a garden or on an allotment and provide some recipes for how to use all of this wonderful fresh produce!
I hope you enjoy the video and if you have any questions or comments in relation to Allotments, Gardens, Vegetables, Fruit, Recipes or any related issues then please leave them below. I will choose a few questions to answer in future videos, so you may get a mention!
