This video will show you:
1. How to plan out and model your DIY Sectional Sofa with an angled backrest design.
2. How to cut the lumber at the dimensions needed to build the DIY Sectional couch components.
3. How to attach the DIY Sectional sofa / couch components together.
4. What cushions to use.
Overall, I give this DIY Sectional sofa (with angled backrest design) a B-. I think there is definitely room for improvement. If I were to do it again, I would reduce the seat height by about 1-2". For some reason, this sofa seemed a bit high. Additionally, the angled backrest design leaves an awkward space in the corner. I feel like that could be improved by a better design.
If you choose to build this DIY outdoor sectional sofa, I highly recommend that you use this is example as a guide only and that you make your own design modifications to suit your needs.
