This is a quick video where I throw together some scrap lumber and castor wheels. Any wheels should work, just make sure they can handle the weight of whatever you are putting on it. Here is a link for your convenience - amzn.to/2RhoR35 *As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.*
This makes a sturdy way to move my Billiard Table around in my basement. I have an old bar room pool table that is a one-piece Slate top. This table is ridiculously heavy and not easy to move. It is in the way in my basement, while I am working on finishing it. I think it took longer to film this video than it took to build these two dollies. Now I can easily, with one hand, push or pull the pool table around in my basement to get it out of the way.
I hope this video gives you an idea of something to build to move that next heavy item in your house. Like, Share and Subscribe. Because you never know what I am going to do next.

I just built this and moved my pool table for carpet removal and new flooring. Worked fine.

The piece of wood that the table is resting on should be on top of the wood that has the casters. Currently all of the weight is being carried by the screw threads.

Yes you would be correct, the weight on the screws and the wood should be on top. But the screws are on angles and there are a lot of them so isn't not totally relying on the threads to take the weight but the strength of the screws is taking the weight. The wood on top would be the strongest but the problem is I don't want to have to raise whatever I'm moving up 8 inches to put on top. The way it's made in the video I only had to lift the pool table 3 inches. Thanks for the comment.

Alternatively, the wood could remain in this configuration and it could be through bolted with appropriately sized bolts with washers on both sides. This would still save the extra 1.5" and provide a much more structurally sound connection. I would also have used wider stock for the stretcher (sized to be wider than the foot) and tack some strips on both sides so the foot was captured on the board. One of those wheels gets caught in an expansion joint in the concrete and you're gonna have a bad time. I'm sure this is irrelevant at this point for @zerofuel, but for anyone looking to do something similar, it may save your table and/or a trip to the ER.

Good Project Good Idea I used those small pallets, with casters& that worked well too. The trick of being wide enough to support any side loads is incorporated into your design, I may have to make myself a set.
