I love this thread, personally I think that opposites too attract. It's a well known fact that Einstein could have done some work that would have earned him another Nobel prize if he was highly proficient in Mathematics. Say there is a xyz mathematician who wanted to work on the same thing but lacked the necessary background in theoretical physics, if these two people were to meet, they could do some incredible work that would have benefited the entire humanity for centuries to come. The core idea is the same however, work on developing yourself to the point where someone else who has done the same would love to be in your company.

So I am a sole operator of my detail shop...Been in business coming up on 2years. I work full time at another company in the evening so I can build this business. I worked in one of the companies in Ontario Canada and one of my tasks, aside from electrical engineer designer, was to interview candidates into job positions. I never asked them for resume, it is a short telephone call and if required a personal interview - resume can be fudged, hands on and skill set speak the truth. Never rely on resumes and pumpous speech. The recruiting method by value of resume is an absolute failure and waste of time. Wake up people.

Q: I've been across other platforms and I have heard that the "all in" option works Great; However after 3 days or so 66% feel like it is a sketchy idea because the concept did not become a formal & habitual preceding. . How can I can I help others get over their feelings of guilt? Just like any other feelings a person can have, they are just emotions & emotions that are not being harmonized result as pessimistic fears. I received many notions that perhaps they were being tricked, & I completely understand from what perspective they may have seen that; so I attempted a genuine response back to them and I feel that the negative 66% thus far can be reduced to less than 1/3 if more continuous positive reinforcement feedback is conversed more widely on the wire. .. Hey Pat, I have been following you since 2018, just started reading your next 5 moves for the second time and always lean on your for anything related to business/entrepreneurship. You have done more for me than you will ever know. I watched this video as I am currently building my business and trying to think about the key hires that I need to make to take the business to the next level. I have a friend who I have worked with on a previous venture and is a true believer in the business that I am building. Man, i LOvE these videos!. my only problem is that the community I live in is mainly 99% depressing doubters so I feel really down because there's no one I can tell my vision without hearing them laugh at me and getting a shitty lecture about how life is real hard and how I can't do it
Point 12 got left out. I guess it'll be related to 11 where everyone is free to bring their ideas to the table without any fear. Teams that have an open mind towards ideas and respect the ideas of team members tend be more productive. That doesn't mean you shouldn't oppose or challenge other people's ideas though.

It's the team that will take you from level 1 to level 10. Have a high standard, make sure they buy into your vision, develop them to their full potential and be fully committed to the success of your team and every member in your team. Do that, and you'll find a team that will be pulling off miracles and launching your business to a whole new level.
I expected a more technical video like how to hire people from each department as well as you giving a background of the order in which you hired people for your organisation.
